Our favorite place for Sushi and Ramen. Their spicy tonkotsu ramen is delicious! We love coming here for date night.

The service was horrible. I waited 30 minutes for a tiger roll. The waiter didn't bother to notify me. When I told her about it, she gave me an attitude and told me to cancel it. A simple apology would have helped like "I'm sorry for making you wait that long." Really low effort and inexcusable.

I am coming back to write this review late. I came here on New Year's Eve. I ordered tonkotsu ramen. My first thought was, 'eh, this is not very impressive and the meat is so hard and unedible. I like the Nongshim tonkotsu ramens from Costco better... or maybe real ramen just isn't my thing' It was also extremely overpriced, and the server was very unenthusiastic like he didn't want to be there. I just had tonkotsu ramen from another place in Riverside called Sushi Times and it was DELICIOUS! The meat melted in my mouth, and the flavor and everything about it was great, which confirmed for me in hindsight how awful this place was! ... money I will never get back. I would NOT recommend going here. Yuck!

Food was 6/10 sushi was not good & ramen was ok. They didn't have fresh ginger only pickled ginger for sushi. Service was whatever would not go again for sure not worth $

Awkward service. And I never thought a bowl of ramen could ruin my day. Had the miso tonkotsu and it was undercooked/not warm enough. Pieces of the pork felt too cold and the whole bowl tasted like freezer burn. It was also way too crunchy and the noodles were too firm. My partner had the chicken tonkotsu which they said was good, but even then the chicken was dry. We also were only given one napkin and shared it throughout the whole dinner. And we had only one pair of chopsticks to begin with. When we walked out at the end, we also noticed they had a B rating for sanitation... Left an uneasy taste in my mouth.Overall, very disappointing considering the inside is very cute and has cozy vibes. Sad the food didn't match.

Very yummy. Wish the broth was warmer. Waiter completely forgot my extra bean sprout.

The new Laguna Niguel opened last month and I was so excited to try it. Today it rained, so we decided to do take out. I don’t like the pork or meats but I like the pork broth. I ordered the veggie ramen. They said I can’t have any other type of broth but veggie. It was tasteless and they were really stingy with the broth. Not even enough to cover the noodles. My husband ordered the chicken bento box. The chicken was so dry he couldn’t chew and swallow it. We won’t be going back there again! It’s too bad that Laguna Niguel can’t seem to attract decent restaurants!

This is an unexpected, overlooked gem in Whittier! The five star rating is fully attributed to the food. The ramen was well seasoned, spicy, and delicious. I will absolutely go again for their ramen. Staff was very friendly and our waitress was timely with her service. It's not the fanciest place, but I am okay with that - it's a small town restaurant and cute Japanese themed decor.

When I called they told me they have over 20 different ramen but only have 14 and only 4 with pork (that I asked about). The noodles came undercooked and the person working for them just didn't want to take my order. Not only will I never eat here again but I will go out of my way to make sure everyone knows how bad the service is.

Ramen was decent. Combo plate was also good. Very consistent food. Highly recommend. Flavor of ramen was good but wish they had more options of flavors

The ramen soup is not hot. The server asked me if I accepted they microwave my food. I can't accept microwave my food from the ramen restaurant. I told him it's not restaurant standard's food. It's not cheap to eat out nowadays. So I can't accept to pay restaurant prices and eat microwave food. So disappointing! I will never come again!!!

Though the food here is good. The service is terrible. One time I went for lunch, sat down and had to weight 10 minutes to be offered a menu and drink. Then when I asked for a place setting because there wasn't one, instead of apologizing and taking care of it, I was told to go get one from another table. Tonight I went again sat down and waited again for 10 minutes with no one coming over to ask me anything or give a menu. I finally walked out and will not be going back. There are plenty of other ramen restaurants in the area that I can spend my money at this one is done
