Bought half dozen doughnuts. The worst I've ever had. Lemon filled was stale and filling tasted like medicine. One of the 4 jelly-filled i ordered was glazed only with no filling. All of which were stale. Never again.

I bought this extreme melt this morning. This is a favorite of mine. It cost $11.04. This particular one tasted horrible. The bagel is so dark. The bagel has a weird sour smell to it. It was super tough to eat. I called yum yum to complain and all I got was an I'm sorry. No please come back so we can make it right for you. Nothing. For $11 and I go there often...I was hoping this would be handled better. Very poor customer service.

WOW WOW WOW Approximately three Sundays ago we had a visit and after eating at the Chinese food restaurant next door we came here for a "dessert" and coffee. The young man who served us was very friendly and PATIENT that we decided to order an entire box. The young man NEVER showed any anger and also attended to us in perfect Spanish! Nothing of. "ahm, ahm" neither sucking your teeth nor turning your eyes Up, nothing. Always with a smile and education and very professional. Ah! And while we were enjoying ourselves in Mesa (we were three couples), two other employees arrived and also greeted very politely and in Spanish. I congratulate the parents of these young people. Well, education is learned at home. And also to Yum Yum Donuts for employing people as fine as these young people. It has been a great pleasure to have received such unexpected service from a place like this.

The women in the morning are very rude. I’m a paying customer and was told to leave because it was early and I fell asleep. Very very unprofessional. She should focus on her diet the same way she focuses on ppl falling asleep..
