We just had dinner here tonight and the worse thing about it was when my daughter went to used the restroom she slipped and fell on her knees because there was water all over the floor. They need to take care of that and clean up the mess. We live near there it's convenient but we might not be back because of safety and sanitation reason. I took a video of the restroom for proof.

Food was amazing! And customer service by Sergio and Manager Sandy was outstanding! Every time l visit this Jack in the Box, store #5364 the food is simply wonderful, fresh, hot and ready to eat! Their customer service is ALWAYS world class!

Bought regular chicken sandwich, Loaded mini tacos, and regular drink. The lettuce on the chicken sandwich was very limp. Had to remove it as it was distasteful. Chicken patty was not crispy either. I was not impressed with whole sandwich but ate it anyway since I was driving and really hungry. The loaded tacos were excellent!! One of the best I have ever had.
