On May 10th around 5pm my wife and I ordered online and walked to this Starbucks since we live less than a mile away. When we got there, there was a sign stating that walk up service was shut down at 3pm. We tried calling with no answer on the phone. I opened the door and was immediately yelled at by the staff for coming in. The supervisor came to the door and we told her that we ordered our drinks online and were trying to pick them up.
