Maddie at the Willits Starbucks is hands down one of the best baristas I’ve ever encountered. She’s always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely makes the experience better every time I come in. Even when it’s busy, she stays positive, keeps things moving, and still manages to treat customers like they matter.

I stop by this Starbucks in the evenings pretty often, and I want to give a shoutout to the young woman with the curly hair who usually works nights. She’s almost always holding things down by herself, but you’d never know it based on her attitude. She’s consistently friendly, calm, and welcoming, even when there’s a rush.
It really makes a difference to be greeted with kindness at the end of a long day. I hope she gets recognized

Starbucks Safeway kiosk offers a delightful coffee experience with its friendly staff, fresh coffee, and good pastries. While seating is limited, there is a counter area where customers can stand and enjoy their beverages. The location is particularly convenient for electric vehicle owners, as it features a Electrify America charging station nearby, although it is one of the more expensive options. Customers consistently praise the helpful and efficient service, making this Starbucks a favorite among the local community.
