“Probably my all-time favorite restaurant. Love the sweet waitresses, the food is so good. Portions are huge. Prices are very reasonable. Every time I go to willows I have to go in there. I've been to quite a few black bears and willows black bear is a cut above the rest ?“

“Solid Mexican restaurant in Willows California. Food was good. Carnitas were excellent and the Relleno was one of the best fresh relleno's that I have ever had.Very clean.Finally...lots of law enforcement folk eating there which is a great sign.“
