It is a very nice place, their cakes and ice creams are very delicious and the prices of their products are really good, but apparently there is always something wrong in such nice places, if they really cared about their customers they would have already done something to improve the service they provide its employees, the attention provided by the workers of the place is a disgrace, they are arrogant, hateful and always serve with the worst possible attitude, if you check the reviews of this place carefully, the biggest problem is how the workers treat the customers We are all fed up with people with a terrible attitude towards serving, if they don't want to work or don't like work then don't work, but don't make the day of the people we buy at the store miserable...

The guy employee was very rude to me & my mom. He rolled his eyes in front of us and gave us attitude the whole entire time. Really bad customer service from him. He really made us feel bad / uncomfortable.

I will start off by saying i am a 2 year customer coming to this Wilmington location. On sunday january 14th around 740 or 745 i was about to go in store when i seen the chubby girl acting inappropriately with another employee wearing a baskin robbins shirt in the back area. They were both acting inappropriately towards each other inside this family public ice cream place, kids should not be seeing this stuff. Service is not the same. This chubby girl is very slow, does not greet customers and has difficulty even bending down to pick up something she dropped. Last time i was here was another young lady i felt welcomed, great customer service and great attitude. I assume i will not be coming here anymore after i seen this employee acting like this inside her work area. Please train your employees well and tell them how important it is to not be doing these things in public. After 2 yrs will look for another location. This new girl with glasses is very rude!!! This happened 2 different times i came??

I love this store when you walk in it just feels so welcoming the color scheme is amazing and if you love pink and if you love ice cream you're going to love this store I think those are good combinations keep up the great work come on down get yourself some ice cream
In the afternoon and evening they have some chubby peopleThat you can see the Nopal on their forehead and they feel that they are from Germany, France or GringosThey ignore you when you speak to them in SPANISH,Please Put Order and A Little More Respect For LATINO CLIENTS!!

I picked up a cake to celebrate my son. I didn't pre-order so I picked from the ones they had already made. They had many cute cakes and different flavors to choose from. I also want to thank the man who helped us out, he was so nice. He gave us ice-cream tastings in order to help, we didn't know what cake flavor to pick. We also asked to add my son's name to the cake and he did it happily. I will definitely go back.
