I placed an order online yesterday 11/1. The time showed it would be ready by 5:22pm when I got there it wasn’t ready and I was told it was due to rice not being ready. I waited almost 40 min after the time they’d say it would be ready.. I was told I can make a complaint to the store but their phone calls do not go through because their voicemail is not set up.

Walked in for the first time and wasn’t sure what to get, the cashier made a few suggestions and I quickly knew what I wanted. The Food and Service were top tier ! I got the Gyoza w/ Don’s Special Combo & man was it amazing !! MOST DEF coming back !

Just because you WERE good enough to have 4.5 rating, you have gone down fast. Rude, unprofessional, and low quality food. Too many other choices to ever go here again!!!!

This place in the beginning was good the chicken was nice and crispy and flavorful and sauce was thick .. now the chicken is plain like cheap chicken pieces and lots of fat on it .. sauce is watery and the lettuce is nothing but the end part of it nothing green and fresh ???

It used to b good but since the prices went up now its just for brand. Really dissatisfied with the "mashed potatoes" .all I taste is artificially flavored flour.

Stopped by today after long having one of my favorite chicken teriyaki plates and I was greeted by the rudest person I ever encountered. Not sure what was bothering the lady but she started yelling at me " put on ur mask, put on your mask!" I was frightened by the anger and body language of this women. I responded politely I don't have one and if I could have one please and she basically blew me off and said no mask no service. I'm nothing special but I know how to handle my self while being in costumer service. I know the owner when he first started this establishment and he was the nicest person I ever met and he'd be ashamed ? what has become of his first truck. I don't want the young lady to get in trouble but to remind her that in business the costumer should be treated with dignity and respect. I was embarrassed and will probably never visit again. Sorry for the bad review but something needs to change thx u
