Everytime I come here they always mess up my order. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they gave me the oldest, most burnt bread they could find and they never make the drinks right.. horrible location

This location keeps refusing to do decaf iced latte even though on the app it gives me the option to choose decaf. They deny it and say they don’t do decaf and act like it doesn’t exist. I don’t know what’s going on with this Dunkin but I don’t have an issues at different locations. I’d rather stick with Starbucks!

Love the sandwiches and coffee, but the Hebrews are always super greasy. Also, if you go for the meal deal they’re always out of bagels and will give you whatever they want.. yesterday I got a muffin..today a croissant. At least tell me that you substituted it. Go to a different one if you can.

Horrible experience overall. Drive thru lady threw the first bag at me and slammed her window at me before realizing she forgot to give me my 2nd bag and drink. Next, the drink clearly was 90% milk and vanilla, I couldn’t taste any espresso in the latte. Then lastly after I pulled away i realize my sandwich was a soggy old bagel and not the croissant that I ordered. Pretty rough experience and the food tasted very much like it was in a plastic bag.

Terrible coffee. I don’t know why these are so popular on the East coast. I’ve tried so hard to like it. It tastes terrible. It looks terrible. I was told that they keep the dairy free milks frozen, so when they’re added to coffee it separates and looks curdled. It’s not, it’s fresh. It just looks that way.

They never have bagels I can come back to back and they don't have them I have gotten to the point I will back out of the drive thru. It's suck because I have to go find some other city to get something to snack on .

So this morning I went out of my way and went to dunkin … right , to get me that 5 dollar coffee with an Espresso shot cause I needed it , and it’s going to be a long hot day .
So all I wanted was a black coffee large with a shot of espresso no milk no Sugar as I am a diabetic and I don’t like cream .
Always make sure I tip a dollar or two dollars just to show that I’m grateful and that I appreciate people with the service jobs , because we were all there at one point in our lives let’s not forget where we come from and let’s be good to people.
They’re young and that’s important that they feel appreciated.
I get to the drive-through window after I specified black coffee no sugar no creamer and the lady at the window is a little bit in a hurry and kind rude, trying to get me out of the way and hands me my coffee and I figure she’s might just be having a bad morning . I gave her a couple bucks for a tip and took took my coffee & off I went.
Come to find out they put milk in my coffee on my five dollar coffee .
When all you had to do was leave it black and I believe she knew what she did , & no big deal if that was a mistake but for god sakes please correct it. Instead she was trying to get me out of there quick . That would’ve been an easy fix if it was in fact a mistake I kind of felt it was done on purpose and the sad thing about it is , that I actually tipped them , yea it’s all good man
I just hope they realize this ain’t no way to treat a customer specially someone that’s nice enough to tip you.
Tomorrow’s another day hopefully you’ll have enough chances to get it right next time

Asked for bacon Avacado toast, bacon was pure crumbs. These are almost $6 and they can’t spare bacon? Workers were a lady with glasses and a long haired morena lady.

1 Large Regular Coffee
With 4 creams and 4 sugars
With Carmel Syrup and Hazelnut Syrup

Not hard to make. Used to work for Dunkin in 2017. Definitely not the customer service I gave or expected.

Wish another location was close by but this one is the closest to me.

I walk everywhere since I rarely have bus fare.

Definitely hope someone can resolve the lack of customer service here.

I was in the drive thru for a while and when I finally get to order, I asked the drive thru girl if they had the peach sunshine sparkd energy drink because other times I’ve been told they don’t have it - she said yes and I asked for a medium. I go up to the window, pay and then she hands me the berry burst one and we share a look, and she KNOWS it’s the wrong drink but at that point I’d been in the drive thru for waaay longer than I wanted to be and just took the drink because there were more cars behind me. Other times I’ve been here, the breakfast sandwiches gave me food poisoning so I’m not sure if the workers aren’t trained properly or they don’t care about what they’re doing as long as they get paid, but it’s the last time I come to this location.
