I have went through the drive-thru they act friendly but they're not friendly they told me I don't have your time I told me I dont have it time. they need disciplinesI had bought me a McHale caramel iced coffee and the ladies right there they act friendly but they are not friendly they changed their look when they see you through the drive-through window they don't have time they tried having you leave fast because the customer they don't have time they tell you I don't have time I don't have time for you keep going they need disciplined we could get an accident if the Cubs are open and we're drinking drinking while driving make a spell and fall they don't close the lids right.

THE BEST DUNKIN EVER and I’ve been at a dunkin in almost every state of U.S. this one BY FAR IS THE BEST SERVICE BEST DRINKS 10/10. Michelle!!!! and all the other girls that work there always give me the BEST service around!!!!! Always professional always SUPER QUICK im in and out within a minute. Love this place!!!!! Come here everyday and they never fail me! You will not regret coming here. THE NICEST establishment I’ve ever been too the girls are always in a good mood always smiling and always making the best drinks! Michelle 10/10 matcha you’re the best!

I’m never going back to this one again. 9/10 they mess up my order and the last time I went back to the store so I could get my sandwich corrected (without bacon because I’m muslim) they gave me back a slimy wake up wrap that didn’t even have the original sauce I paid for. And that was after the employee got an attitude with me about what I ordered that was on the receipt.

They forgot to put cream cheese in my bagel and when I went back to tell them (it's that serious) they put damn near the entire bottle of cream cheese AND added a mini packet of cream cheese just to be petty. Just ridiculous. For the person who did this.. I hope you find crumbs in your bed when you're really tired and ready to go to sleep after your shift.
