Bad customer services! I call it before I come to make my order because we have just 30min for lunch. And they said can’t do it because I need to be present at the restaurant. Really? I explained that I have 30min for lunch so I start driving but they don’t take my order.

On the other occasion I was eating and I saw a rat that passed under the table, my food had a hair on it and the lady who was terrible at serving didn't come back for free, then the cashier was kissing a customer right there, unpleasant and uncomfortable.
