Being new to the area and reading all the reviews, I was really excited to try this spot. However it did meet the hype. Young man at the front counter can benefit from some customer service training (Had a hostile approach). Chicken was dry and blend, desserts had a hard mushy taste to it, and rice had a taste of being recooked from the day before with a few hard to bite grains, and no utensils provided for a family meal (no napkins, forks, spoons). Great family place to eat there famous pollo lico grilled chicken and carne asada tacos barbacoa tacos and different kinds of tacos and the restaurant has there own family pool tables great Great place plus has different types of beer I highly recommend it people must go visit this place and enjoy it to the fullest like I do mouth watering great food
