I love Pollo Loco but this location is just trash. The workers there really dont care about you or your order just whatever they can do to get you out. Had a worker tell me there was no more corn tortillas then immediately went to the back to grab some for another order. We watched people come order and leave while we waited for my online order which we placed well before arriving. When we asked to change the tortillas he gave attitude. I have had negative experiences here before and if you do some simple scrolling on this review page you'll see there are quite few people who would agree with me.

Since when do I have to take my own order. You talk about lazy people. I had questions and the girl either leaving on break or for the night stop and gave me attitude. Then I asked another question and the guy behind the counter does something on his side to fix my order. Still had no idea how to fix it. He also gave attitude.

This will be my last time going to any el pollo loco’s.

Where can I send in my time card to get paid for doing their job?

Currently 9:37AM . Started writing a Google review.

Earlier a guy employee came out and cleaned with water for the floor in front of door at 9:25. He finished and saying no.. not yet ..replyed to my to p question. My question was "are you open at 9:30? Can I use washroom".
I was thinking may be he can not understand English.

I arrived at 9:20 am . Door was closed. Note says open at 9:30AM. Wait until 10?

9:38AM. A female employee opened the door.

We ordered togo and ate family style from here. The chicken was seasoned really well and still very juicy even with carry out. We ordered salad and rice as well. For this to be a casual food place, the food was very good and very inexpensive (around $30) to feed a family of 5.
