Ok let's start with the location. Walked in and was a bit confused. The restaurant has two rooms. There were two people decorating and didn't say anything when I stood there waiting to get helped. Finally I moved to the other room that also had a cash register. A lady came out and asked me how can she help me. I told her I was there to pick up my phone order. She was kind and helpful. I received my order right away. I had ordered a casamiento ( black beans and rice mixed together). I was looking forward to eating this and unfortunately I was disappointed. It was so watery and no flavor what so ever. I stopped eating that and moved on to my two cheese popusas. They were good actually so I give them a 8-1/2. My daughter said her beans and cheese were ok and my husband said his shrimp and beans was ok as well. They said they give it a 3. I don't think I would order from this place again. A bit disappointed Edith my casamiento since it's the reason why I went to this place. Need to find something better.

Food is always delicious, be prepared to wait alil but it will be well worth it. Great customer service to go along with the great food. You gotta try their smoothies, teas, and other food items off their menu, they also serve alcohol.

The person they have in charge is rude he will hang upon you and tell you to call when you’re ready. Even though I was ready the only thing was that I don’t speak Spanish as fast as he does. When I asked to speak to a manager he said the only person I can speak to is him and hung up again.

This place is trash and the owner is extremely stingy , I sent my daughter to buy some curtido and salsa for a pan she was craving and the owner said no that she had to buy food as if she wast paying for it , I don't recommend this place and their wait time is ridiculous.!!

This place is such a gem! Amazing pupusas and the best tea I've ever had! They are so knowledgeable about their teas! Customer service was phenomenal, they are so nice!! 10/10 would come here again!

DO NOT COME HERE!!! We ordered food for our employees across the street at Autozone and not only did they mess up our order but the food was disgusting and when we brought it up to the guy working there he was extremely rude and had an attitude instead of fixing our order. So we asked for a refund and he refused to give us one. We will definitely not be ordering from this place again and will never recommend this place especially to our custumers.
