I know my pork when it comes to food. It's a huge part of my cultural heritage in recipes so when I get to pork that is well-done, it gets all the respect it deserves. Isaac told us he cooks his Mom's recipes, although some of the recipes he must have fine-tuned, and it shows. The green chili or the red chili pork both are AMAzing, in all my travels, my lists of standout meat dishes, the pork is the shortest because I am so picky. Isaac's pork is on my list and underlined!
Isaac's food is like a homecooked family meal. Eat it in a restaurant, or in my car, or in my hotel room (as I've taken some to go, I sure did!) and it's giving me a craving it's so good. And a little is coming on the plane with me.

The best green chile burritos that I can find. Big meaty chunks of pork and spicy green chile with loads of flavor. I don’t get why people complain about the price ($12), you can’t find a burrito half this good for less. And it’s all meat, too. I just wish they were in Covina. Can’t take a picture, I ate the burrito, already.

Where do I begin? Let me start with some pidgin (Hawaiian slang): Famous Isaac’s “broke da mouth!”
Came in to order food for the crew, and prior to ordering, was given a sample of some meats. The three meats were green chile, red chile, and asada, and the flavor immediately gave me goose bumps; it was so good. Tender meats, flavorful meats, and the quality of meat take the taste buds to that foodie utopia we all desire.
Customer service was phenomenal; while waiting, I had some great conversations with them and helped carrying boxes of food out.
Clean establishment with friendly customers.
This is my second time here and will not be the last. Thank you, Famous Isaac’s; you stand above the rest in my book.
