It's getting worst. Ordered on 2/10/24. 4 large pizzas, 2 of them were peperoni, mushrooms, jalapeño. One peperoni and mushrooms, and the other was an extra most bestest. I get my cold pizzas, get in the car and realize that one of the pizzas had LITERALLY 4 pieces of mushrooms!! I went back and told them. They were very rude but switched my pizza for a regular peperoni. They didn't have any ready so I had to wait. In the meanwhile my other 3 pizzas were getting even more cold. People at home were making fun of the cold pizzas, comparing it with frozen pizza. As the little caesars pizza prices go up, they seem to put less ingredients. Wont be going there again. I live in the same block so getting pizza from there was the thing. Now I will be going to Pregios over Little caesars. Miss the older employees. These new ones don't care about customers. Seems lile they are obligated to work there and be rude!! Unfortunetely I wasnt able to take a picture of the pizza with 4 mushrooms on it. Racist employees!

The service was great. Eric is so helpful and great with the children. I would definitely recommend it. Eric gave my little ones cute little cookies with stickers while we waited for the pizza. I am grateful to say it did not take long. As always, delicious crispy pizza is cooked to perfection.#LOVE_LITTLE_CEASERS #Definility_Coming_back

I called the store to order a stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni and after 10 min we drove there. Sean the lady said they didn't have any and after asking if they could make it for us we would wait for it, she rudely screamed at us "I just told you we don't have any!!" According to her they don't take orders over the phone. While I was there I called the store and she answered the phone. After proving to her that she just took my call and asking her why she lied about it she stupidly said she didn't know it was me.We asked to speak with her manager she happens to be the "manager".'. How does little Caesar'spromote their managers?!!. She needs to be reported right away. I will make sure This goes to Human Resources. Awful experience.

I order online and had approximately waiting time . Waited 15 mins longer than the time. 2 customers walked and were turned away because there wasn't any hot and ready. They only had two workers on a Friday after work. Poor service
