I'm like a food critic without the license that's showing real reviews for the community. I ordered a veggie burrito with a drink called champurrado and 2 different kinds of empanada and jalapeño cheese tamales for my first time here to be totally honest its not delicious at all. I wasnt able to show proof of the presentation results of the tamales due to my hands ended up very oily from handling the tamales and the. Cheese in the tamales were very chewy and masa isn't cooked perfectly and was no jalapeño inside and was only green chilie salsa and was wet inside and dont have real flavor in the tamales and clearly wasnt properly wrapped and fell apart opening the tamales and hardly had anything inside the tamales from the big size of them. The champurrado tasted hot water and sugar with so-called flavor of the drink and the empanada barely had stuffed ingredients that was mentioned inside both kinds and literally the majority of it was just bread. The burrito was ok but had meat inside when asking for green salsa but they said verde salsa but then found out they use whats in the pot to use for green salsa because my burrito had meat in it and the person that was with me is allergic to meat and that was why I ordereda veggie burrito with egg and shared half of it and the person that was with me couldn't eat it all, they need to ask if people have any allergies of any kind when asking if people want the green verde salsa or they should make green salsa by itself only. All of it didnt sit well in both our tummies at all and had to go the the restroom right awat after driving for a little while eating and drinking little of everything and ended up throwing away most of the food from biting it a little and gave the rest away offering it to the homeless because I didnt wanna throw the drink and bread away but threw away most of the tamales. We won't be coming back here again. Its also very hard to get parking and the environment needed a upgrade and safe cones for caution upon walking around the place.

Usually a line ans cash only but worth it. Try the chile verde burrito! It's so good and spicy. ⚠️ don't eat it while driving tho, it's saucy and known to spill everywhere. The horchata is nice too.

I tried the chorizo breakfast burrito at Montoya's, and it really delivered. The tortilla was warm and sturdy, holding up well without getting soggy. The chorizo had a nice balance of spice and smokiness, not overly greasy, and paired perfectly with the eggs and potatoes inside. The highlight was definitely the green verde sauce — tangy, slightly spicy, and fresh-tasting, it tied everything together and gave the burrito a kick without overpowering the other flavors.

Portion size was generous enough for a filling breakfast, and the overall flavor felt authentic and satisfying. If you’re into hearty, flavorful breakfast burritos with a bit of zest, this one’s worth a stop.

Remember that it's cash only.

I always go there for their green chili and bean burrito the green chili is the best chili I've ever had if you want homemade food go to Wilmas for authentic Mexican food The only thing sometimes the meat they put in the green chili you can tell it's not fresh but that's okay I'll throw that out just their green chili alone and they're being are the best ever in the restaurant business..... Spicy yummy!!!

It’s a nice little hidden gem in Wilmington I like the chile verde burrito or the asada con verde and carne asada tacos everything is awesome but just recently they spiked up their prices which is a big letdown let’s see if their portions don’t decrease

Best wet burritos ever!
Coming from a person who is not a burrito lover. These I love. Don't forget to buy the limonada as well. The only thing is that they only take cash, so make sure you have cash with you. Other than that, the food is great!
