The food is okay i got hit food and cold food teriyaki and sushi š£ but I dont understand why they put the order together put cold food on top of a hit meal wont that make sushi taste bad warm like dont ya have a sense at all first time and last time going there

I was looking for hibachi and Oishi came up - I live right down the street and had no idea they were here! This place has fantastic traditional Japanese fare, and it's incredibly priced. The food is fresh, the portions are generous, and the service is quick. It definitely has an old school lived in kind of vibe, which tracks with Wilmington (it's one of the reasons I like living here!). I had beef fried rice (perfect portion) which came with a large side salad (delicious traditional dressing included), and egg rolls; everything was delicious, and I will definitely be back!

I wanted to try something close to work. can someone tell me how is a California rolls made without avacado amd cucumber. even 711 rolls have avacado and cucumber. I don't recommend this place at all. My roll was 10 bucks .

My laziness and my faith in reviews led me here. Was in the mood for teriyaki and this place was closer and decently rated. There is a BETTER place close by. Never had such flavorless chicken seemed boiled . They have tapatĆo on the table instead of sriracha. Never again

Not the Japanese food Iām use to. Japanese arenāt cooking or running this place. What a waste of time and especially money. The food is horrible. The chicken seemed to be frozen slices of breast. Letās not mention the sauce I was given for both chicken and salad.
Slow service, drinks took a long time, no glass of ice and straw for my canned coke. Salad given to me about the same time as meal. Good for take out but not for dine in. Also very noisy kitchen,a lot of banging of bake pans or something.
