I was looking for hibachi and Oishi came up - I live right down the street and had no idea they were here! This place has fantastic traditional Japanese fare, and it's incredibly priced. The food is fresh, the portions are generous, and the service is quick. It definitely has an old school lived in kind of vibe, which tracks with Wilmington (it's one of the reasons I like living here!). Slow service, drinks took a long time, no glass of ice and straw for my canned coke. Salad given to me about the same time as meal. Good for take out but not for dine in. Also very noisy kitchen,a lot of banging of bake pans or something.
