I went to pick up my pizza and the guy handling the food was not wearing gloves when putting toppings on the pizza. He then proceeded to ring me up and take my cash. I questioned if he wears gloves when handling the food..he replied by saying " I do was my hands" ? I seriously doubt that. Looked like a plumber was preparing the pizza.

Always super service and food it hot and ready on time. I always just ordered on the app and pick up my food myself. A large sauce pepper and onion pizza is my go to. And throw in some traditional wings of course. Aaah but my fave is just having a whole pizza after running a marathon. I'm looking forward to my next order

Very poor delivery service. All 3 of the pizzas I ordered were apparently tossed around. No apology given when I brought it to their attention. I would supposedly get $10 if I were to order it again the following day. That's not an apology and definitely not great customer service.

Best customer service ever!!! The staff was smiling when I got there, from the driver that was getting ready to take an order out for delivery, to the gentleman taking the orders to the employee making the pizzas. They were super sweet and very professional! The staff was attentive and even anticipated my need for plates and napkins and asked if I needed some so that I could focus on enjoying the pizza and not worry about the clean up after. Other pizza hut locations do not provide plates or napkins and it's extremely frustrating especially if you are trying to eat on the road. This was a very nice feature they offered. Also, I was in and out of there in no time. It's hard to get great customer service anywhere now a days. However, this staff, was amazing! The experience got even even better when we tasted the pizzas and it was fantastic! Please acknowledge these staff member in a special way; they are representing your brand and your location in an impeccable way!!! Thank you to them for making our visit and our day even better!

This place always is on time. Usually my order is ready in 10-15 min. The thing about this specific place is it's small so your crammed in there if more than 1 customer is in at the same time as you. Parking is also limited. If you order delivery it could take minimum 30 minutes to get to your place. The pizza is good but could/should taste better for the price your paying. I feel a large pizza is enough for 2 people. You could be spending more than $50 for a family.

Disappointed. My mom and I wanted a pizza and decided to get the big New Yorker. When it got here it was cold. Then we opened it and it looked horrible. Waste of money. We tried to eat it and it tasted awful. Threw out our slices. Don't order from here.
