So bummed. $50 for two pizzas wings and soda. It would be fine if the pizza was good. No better than dominoes pizza. Asked for easy cheese and extra sauce and got two regular pizzas. I was fooled by the pictures. The pizza looks crisp and doughy in the pic but in real life it was soft and undercooked not to mention luke warm. I won't be back.

This place makes good food, decent prices, clean establishment, and usually good service. Never had any issues. However, on Sept. 1st at 8:41pm. My order #2707265, was fouled up. I had told the cashier that I wanted 2 large pepperoni pizzas with extra cheese and sausage. She seemed to have trouble understanding me as well as having excessive chit chat with the others in the back. I would only get 1 pizza, though thankfully I was only charged for one. I went on ahead and took the 1 pizza as I didn't want to wait another 15 minutes nor did I want to create a stir by complaining. The cook also forgot to add the sausage and while it did get added on afterwards, it made the pizza sloppy as the sausage was added unevenly. I really like the place, so I intend to come back, I will however have to make sure the cashier understands me better.

I've had this pizza before and it's decent so I went in today and ordered some pizzas and wings. While waiting for my order, I was observing the cashier and he was at the register handling money and using the register. Once he was done he went straight to the back (without washing his hands or putting on gloves!!) and started putting cheese and pepperoni on pizzas with his bare, unwashed hands! And to make matters worse, the other cook in the back, came up to greet a customer with a handshake and proceeded to go to the back (without washing his hands) to handle pizza! I got really grossed out and cancelled my order. The cashier was kind enough to cancel my order but I won't be coming back to this place.

We ordered this pizza for a special event at our church down the street Port City and we requested that they cut the slices small and do the breadstick small and they accommodated our requests. It was greatly appreciated and everyone enjoyed all of the food.
Food is ok not the worst but far behind the best, just right now I placed an order over the phone, and they said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I got there 5 minutes before the 30 minute mark, only to come to find out they didn't have my order ready! So I waited for a whole hour and still couldn't get my order done. This was the worst experience ever, when I asked to speak to the manager two employees were pointing at each other saying you go your the manager towards one and other. I requested for my late food to be given to me as a restaurant gesture and he said NO, all he offered was a small order of wings. What's happening to the American businesses? They're too prideful to make things right for the paying customer's when it comes down to fixing their mistakes! The ambiance in this place is not very secure always random people hanging out right outside of this joint, not to mention is always packed and the windows and floors are dirty of this location.

I tell everyone, for the price, it's the best pizza in town. Far better than Pappa John's. The staff is always friendly and the pizza is hot with ample toppings. My family loves it!

There's something nostalgic about this place for me. It's fast food, so you'd never expect anything special, but this pizza is pretty good. I've been here quite a few times, and they've made a mistake only once. The girl working at the register was professional about it - something you don't see often in fast food. After about 5 minutes, they had everything sorted out.
