So I placed my order which included 2 hamburger combos and as I pulled up to the window I seen the lady who took my order throw the French fries that were in the basket sitting there for who knows how long back into the fryer, I specifically asked her to please not give me those refried French fries meantime Im watching she steps to the side thinking I can't see her and shes scooping up the fries n resulting them n puts it in my bags. I told her these are recooked she stated ok have a nice day. Nope I told her you will get a bad review from me and I will not recommend you to anyone..she closed her window n waited for the person behind me. I have been coming to Ricks since I was a teenager...what happened to them? New owner maybe? Anyhow will be my last time there...I feel like calling the health dept...

They have a 4.1 rating and they’ve been around for like 30 years. The burger is so good I grew up with them 30 years ago and it’s still the best burgers I’ve ever had in my life. Honestly could be a chain. I’ve remembered these burgers my whole life and they taste the same.
