I’m at The Taco Bell in Wilmington California, went inside Eager, Hungry and with my Amex Ready to Spend. Wow! The restaurant staff said I CAN NOT order anything that requires for cheese to melt!!! DISAPPOINTING!!! So why are they even open for? Don’t waste your time. The POLLO LOCO looks inviting!

Boy was I hungry stopped at this taco bell to get a #10 and extra burrito with extra cheese and onions. Left the drive thru grabbed my burrito with extra cheese and onions "I was charged 60cents" well no extra cheese and no hot sauce!!!! and the #10 did not taste like other taco bells

Understaffed, I use drive thru. The person charging always tells u to wait. I hear they don’t want it to show they took to long to fill order. So put the customer on standby for their numbers to look good for them. I will not standby when they tell me to. U want better numbers hire more people.
