I rarely leave reviews, but since I just moved into the area, I was excited to have a Taco Bell nearby. Unfortunately, this has been the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. The staff is consistently rude, it’s nearly impossible to reach them by phone, and their freeze machine has been out of order for at least three weeks. To make things worse, when I tried to speak to a manager, they just hung up on me. I really hope this location can do better.

I was in the drive thru and they told me to not drive up to the window completely because they wanted to have the timer be high cause they were taking forever at 12/16/25 at 11:12am

The cook name Jefferson is always taking food to his house and giving food to friends. He also takes meat home for family. The manager should really pay attention to the cameras.

The wait times are abysmal, taking the fast out of the food entirely. The workers seem to be working hard and busy, so it seems the place is woefully understaffed.
This is my favorite Taco Bell location. They are very generous with their burrito sizes and their food tastes the freshest to me here.

I’m at The Taco Bell in Wilmington California, went inside Eager, Hungry and with my Amex Ready to Spend. Wow! The restaurant staff said I CAN NOT order anything that requires for cheese to melt!!! DISAPPOINTING!!! So why are they even open for? Don’t waste your time. The POLLO LOCO looks inviting!
