I use to work at a wing stop as a shift manager and every now and then my family and I eat wing stop. I love to eat a the ones that are about their costumer service and with customer services comes good fresh food.

My kids love wingstop we were near by decided to order here , we arrived home my husband grabbed a wing took a bite and saw that the chicken wing was raw ! & to top it off I received wings that had hair. So disgusted!

This place was great!! The girl at the counter help me out and she was polite professional and knew her job very well. The whole team there was on point and the lobby was very clean... I will definitely be back to this Wingstop for the courteous and prompt food and service they gave me. Keep up the good job team!!

Normally i never leave reviews but after a long day i was looking forward to some wingstop and when i got back home i realized i was given wings that were not sauced well at all. I asked for extra seasoning for my fries and one has essentially no seasoning while the other could barely pass for regular. overall very disappointed especially since i drove further specifically because i thought this location did not have this problem with their food

I moved to Wilmington about a year. In that year I ordered from here 3 times. Every time it has been a disappointment. This is by far the worst wing stop I have ever encountered. The 3 times I’ve been here customer service has been terrible. This is why I have only be here 3 times. This last time was just overall the worst experience for me and I was reminded of why I dislike this particular wing stop and why I will not come here again. First off I came in ordered about $40 dollars my payment was with a hundred dollar bill. Employee said I do not have change and said I will save your order go ahead and wait. I wait on for about 15 minutes then go back up and she says I will not have change till later later. Okay, I let I go went to my car got my phone payed with apple pay. I wait over 30 minutes for my order. I get my order and walk out. I check my bag my food is cold fries are cold and wings as well. The fries where disgusting like they were sitting for some time and like they gave me crumbs. I also did not receive the dips I payed for. I walk back in there and say can I get my dips, I have my two kids in the car at this point I’m fed up i had my 1 year old and two year old with me. This cashier tells me to wait and rolls her eyes. I wait and mention to her this is my 3rd time coming back in here my kids are in the car can I get my dips tells me to wait again. II walk to the employees cooking and ask them and they hand it to me. 1. You are going to tell me you have no change $60 dollars to be exact. I came at its peek when it is very busy. 2. You had me wait without clarifying that you would not take my $100 dollar bill. I was under the impression that I was waiting till you received cash payment from other customers, which you did. 3.I did not receive my extra dips I paid for which made it inconvenient for me to walk back in there with my 2 kids 2 and under. 4. Cashier was rude. 5. Poor food quality.Do better, please. This wing stop is an embarrassment. All encounters I have had here have been sh**.

Horrible customer service.. I ordered on the app abut I’m still waiting 30 min after the pick up time. As I am waiting I see and hear 2 female employees talking about telling customers they will say the are 1 1/2 hours behind. As the customers are being turned away they giggle about it.
