“I only order chocolate chip cookies from here. There cookies are to die for. Great customer service, very friendly. My order usually done within 3to4 hours. But for the last month when i call to place a order, im put on hold the girl come back to the phone. "Sorry we are not taking any orders" i figured i called to late in the day. So i try placing a order again a week later. This tyme i called in the morning. The girl again puts me on a brief hold, to come back to the phone to say yet again. "Sorry were not taking orders" im just trying to get a dozen chocolate chip cookies. I waited another 2weeks called in ask are you guys still not taking orders? She said "sorry were not taking orders all month. So i quit trying and now searching for home baked chocolate chip cookies. I was so dissappointed i really enjoy there cookies“

“Went today (8/28/24) for a small gift for my dad’s birthday. Someone recommended this place and Omg these delicious cupcakes exceeded my expectations! I’m really good at picking desserts and this is one place I will be coming back to! Didn’t even get to save a picture of the before and after!!!“

“this is my 6th Coldstone creamery! My first store was in fayetteville Arkansas! The second was in San Bernardino, CA, third one in Fontana, CA Fourth in Moreno Valley , CA fifth in Riverside, cA and now this one……my favorite in Hemet.I tried to get there when I first moved into my new house but I locked myself out and had to pay a locksmith $260.00!The people here at the Hemet store were very sweet and took great care of me…It ain’t just the ice cream. Their workers are all really cool people“

“EVERY BITE FULL OF FLAVOR! We tried the cupcake variety pack and it did not disappoint everyone in my family loved them. We also picked up a scrumptious loaf of sourdough bread, best bread I’ve had in the IE, life time customer right here :)“
“YUMMY PAN DULCE! My Mom and I are fans of Las Conchitas as service is pretty solid every time we come in. I'm a huge addict when it comes to Mexican sweet bread such as conchas, cookies, and gingerbread pigs. This place has all my favs.
Unfortunately, there were a few staple items missing like tamales and other sweet bread selections. However, most of the time we can count on this place to have what we need.
The lady at the register was welcoming and served us quickly. The shop is also very clean and neat.

“If you go inside and order in person -they are so nice and helpful. The Ice Cream is amazing. However, if you order on line for pick up or delivery- the website changes Oreo Ice Cream or 2 Oreo Cookies! I recommend going in the store to order.“
