“3.5 stars. This is the only Baskin Robbins near my house that does custom photo ice cream cakes, which is something I get for my kids every summer for both of their bdays. This store does not bother to communicate with you about questions if your customizations need clarification. They will just take their best guess. That's not professional, especially since they have your phone number and email address. The location in Rialto used to contact me if they were unsure-- but they no longer do custom photo cakes according to their online menu, so the Redlands location is my only choice. I was very happy with one of their cakes but the most recent cake I ordered was not as great. Besides it being lopsided (the cake was like a warped record), they put icing words on the cardboard instead of on the cake. When I asked if the letters were hard enough for me to place on the cake myself, the answer was, "I have no idea." She offered to have it done right then, which was courteous. I did not have time for this extra work, so I took the cake as is. I think custom cakes are such a wonderful idea and the execution here could be so much better if this store prioritized customer satisfaction, especially when you consider the price ($48 for the smallest cake). You guys have a good thing that could be great if you tried. The cake tasted good though.“
“I was nervous to come in because of a couple bad reviews on here, but I had a fantastic experience! The employee helping me was Norah and she is AWESOME. Don't listen to the low star reviews. The store is clean and the employees all are professional and friendly! Also, I highly recommend the Pumpkin ice cream in a waffle cone!“
“This place is AWSOME!! The best bread ever!!! And the bolillos have such a nice flavor.. the staff is friendly and nice!! The place is clean and has lots of help... I wasn't crazy about the tamales but everyone seems to love them... I came from around 40 minutes away and I was not disappointed...“
“Great hidden gem in the city of Grand Terrace. This is my go-to local bakery. Great service and treats. I have used them twice for corporate events and they have always came in clutch. Huge shout out to Sandra for your great service. Make sure you all stop by where whenever you are in Grand Terrace.“
“Omg, this is my fave ice cream place! My friend loves the rose water but I'm more of a cucumber girl. It's true to taste and very refreshing. I like the one that's creamy, but the icy slush version isn't bad either. I've also had the cherry, mango, and coconut pineapple flavors. I have no complaints. I always get a hand packed pint to take home for later. You're allowed up to 3 flavors for the pint.“
“Was really excited to hear that a coldstone opened in yucaipa! We went around 7 on a saturday and it wasn't busy. The service was great and the girls working were very nice! We used to go to dairy queen all of the time but I think this will take place of that. I don't typically go to coldstone a lot because I do feel like it's expensive (even though it's my favorite place to get ice cream) but here I feel like we definitely got our money's worth. Very excited this is here!!!“

“I got a super Mario Bros. Cake , it was a Two layers Cake and I got to say !!!.... Even though I'm a grown man I did cry inside myself I just didn't do it in front of everyone but it has been the best cake of my life , it's one of those cakes you wish you would of gotten when u were a kid and show it off to all your friends from school lol ... Well that how I felt !!! So hands down I recommend Noyes Bakery!!!! “Ordered online the number cake for a birthday and was able to custom color what we wanted. I called them to confirm the details of the number cookie cake and they were professional and courteous. I showed them a picture from their Instagram page for inspiration and that I wanted pink and gold colors and the cookie and cake was beyond our expectations. Beautifully made with detail and care, was a gorgeous highlight to the birthday celebration. You can walk in and purchase ready made cake and bakery items daily which is nice if you need something last minute. Will definitely purchase for future celebrations.“
