Cold stone creamery in Redlands is ok.There is nothing special here.I ordered my twins their birthday cakes in advance.Went to pick up.There was only one employee working, which is not cool.The employee was super friendly and welcoming.The inside wasn't dirty, but it needed a wipe down for sure.Unfortunately, on one of the cakes, the purple icing wasn't available, so I had to wait for them to put an alternative color. I was nervous to come in because of a couple bad reviews on here, but I had a fantastic experience! The employee helping me was Norah and she is AWESOME. Don't listen to the low star reviews. The store is clean and the employees all are professional and friendly! Also, I highly recommend the Pumpkin ice cream in a waffle cone!
