“Had heard great things about this place and decided to try it out. The food was fantastic but the service was lacking in a big way. Had to ask another waitress to get our waitress and then watched her walk to the front and talk with other coworkers and never tell our waitress we needed anything. Kind of seemed like everyone walked around and didn’t want to make eye contact with you because they didn’t want to be asked for anything.I will definitely give it another try because the food was so good, maybe it was just an off day for the waitstaff.“
“We always have good pizza from Your Pizza Stop. My brother-in-law went to pick up a two large pizzas tonight,-as my husband and I have a busy night. My brother-in-law came home with 3 Pizzas. I didn’t know why and he said that the young man who made the Pizzas didn’t care for the way one of the slices came out. Now , this young man should be commended. As a matter of fact , I would like to speak to the Owners, so they know what a wonderful Employee they have. I don’t know his name, but hopefully they will based on the time of day.“
“The food was fresh and amazing. The staff was super friendly. They had a rush of people at the same time, but they did a great job at reassuring everyone with checking in to make sure everything was ok and to everyone know what was going on. You could taste the freshness of the food. My only complaint would be the to go boxes. It was a struggle to put our leftovers in a small Chinese food take out carton. It was messy. I think they should consider to go boxes, making it easier to pack and not having to cram all your food into a small pint container.“
“Absolutely LOVE this small town pizza place! My all-time favorite! Marcello's has been in Nuevo as far back as I remember. The owner helps support our youth sports in town and the is almost always someone readily avaliable to deliver to our local schools and staff when we're in need of some lunch.Pizza is ALWAYS delicious! Their chicken wings are some of my favorite over big chicken wing places. We also usually order their chicken salad, it goes perfect with wings or pizza!If you haven't tried Marcello's, it's a must stop place! You won't regret it.Kid-friendliness: SUPER kid friendly, there's little quarter machines, a claw machine, and a small arcade in the back. But the kids love it and it keeps them busy while waiting dor pizza.Parking: It's a small town, so the little shopping center has a parking lot for multiple businesses, but I have always been able to find a parking spot.“
“Jersey has the BEST pizza in California. I am a pizza connoisseur and this is the BEST pizza. Been coming here since 2010, went through a couple changes in Ownership but still excellent Pizza, always bringing family and friends. I took a little over a year off due to horrible customer service from an employee named Dev or something like that (I have never had an employee speak so disrespectfully to me especially in front of fellow customers, this was in 2021). I brought a friend here a month ago and didn’t see Dev, that means I will continue to come back. Thank you for providing the BEST pizza ever, I love you guys.“
“The food was delicious. They definitely use a quality mozzarella cheese. The sauce was delicious. The service wasn't the greatest. The server didn't know what the seasoned meat was. She had trouble describing it and had to go ask the kitchen. The gals in there seemed a little new to the job but nothing terrible.“
“Met about 6 girlfriends there for lunch and a little birthday party. Never been there before and not many people were there when we went, so it was nice. I just had a dinner salad and garlic bread. The salad was very good but the garlic bread, not so much. I think the Texas cheese toast you buy at the store is way better. Just my opinion. My hubby puts garlic and onion powder on Texas toast and cheese and air frys them and oh boy, so good. The garlic bread there was dry, not garlic taste really, and didn't cook it enough to make it a little crunchy. Gave it to my dog when I got home, and Zoey liked it.“
“Good pizza, cold beer & lots of large screen tvs playing all different types of sports. Staff is friendly and the owner is deeply involved with the community. “Four friends. One got there early, and we had a table when we 3 arrived. Otherwise, our wait would have been a crowded hour. Parking isn't easy most times of day, especially handicap parking. My friend drove, so I was taken to the door. But on my own, I personally often don't go in because of parking and waiting for a seatOur waitress was attentive, and our service was excellent. Especially because we were ordering the "bonus" entree to go. It was extra work, and she handled it efficiently.The food was good, and one person is on a special diet with no pasta because of a medical issue. She had a delicious steak. My spaghetti and meatsauce and meatballs were a very generous portion. Also, Zuppa Toscana is delicious and a generous portion.The others were satisfied with their meals, and we all love Tiramisu. It, too, was a nice portion.Note: Any time I order Tiramisu to go, the portion is about half of what is served at the restaurant.All in all, this experience was good because I was dropped at the door AND because a friend arrived early to get our booth. But our lovely waitress topped off the good experience.Two in our party had just flown in and were coming from the airport so the positive experience was great for them.Parking: I mentioned already. Difficult for handicap as there are only a few spaces and they are often all taken. It's rare to find parking near the entrance even at varied hours. Walking with a walker can be difficult.“
“I've been looking for a good restaurant in the Hemet area. I finally found one and this will be my go to spot when I want Italian food. The Food, Service and Atmosphere were great. Pricing was reasonable if you want to treat yourself or someone special to a great meal.“

“Absolutely love this location! Much bigger, cleaner then the menifee location. We got a large pizza one topping, salad , breadsticks and wings for 50 bucks!!!! Fed the whole family (4). The fact that it's a Niners Fan Club place as well was definitely a BONUS!! We will definitely be back.“
