Bruliam Wines - Sonoma County Winery and Wine Tastings

Highly recommend a personalized tasting with Kerith, the founder and winemaker of Bruliam. We tasted three of her 2023 Pinot Noirs, each grown in a different AVA in California, each delicious and well crafted. Best of all, each as unique as siblings—reflecting the winemaker’s successful desire to produce wines that reflect terroir. Though her specialty is Pinot noir, we sampled other wines, including her Zinfandel—a wine that has positively changed my perception of California Zin. Kerith is personable and smart. You can geek out on viticulture and learn a lot, or kick back and enjoy great wine and company.

Kerith is making exceptional wines with grapes sourced from renowned vineyards from Mendocino, Sonoma and the Santa Lucia Highlands near Monterey. While her focus is on Pinot Noir, she makes a remarkable Chablis-style Chardonnay and an elegant Zin from the Rock Pile AVA. Each of her Pinots present the unique characteristics and essence of the region from which they were produced. After one visit with her at the Crush Pad cooperative facility in Windsor, I became a fan and look forward to following her efforts.

This was our very first wine tasting and we had a wonderful experience. Kerith was a great host and shared her immense knowledge of wine making. We enjoyed every bit of it!!

Kerith and Bruno were so amazingly friendly and insightful for our visit today. We had a big group and they answered all of our most detailed questions. From their rose's to Chardonnay to Pinot Noirs- there was not one wine that we didn’t love. And the local cheeses that were paired were delicious as well. Go support this family owned winery- you will love it!!!

Such a lovely time with a personal touch from the winemaker. She is delightful and so knowledgeable about her wines and her passion comes thru!

We had the best time tasting with Kerith! She welcomed us in right away. We loved her wines and she talked through all of the ins and outs as we tasted. Fabulous tasting and tour!

I have never been to a better wine tasting. Kerith, master winemaker and hostess, educated us in all things wine in the Sonoma wine region, as we tasted her wonderful wines. I would recommend this wine tasting to anyone who enjoys fine wine and would like a special experience.

Recently, my husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Kerith and tasting her amazing wines. Each wine was nothing short of fantastic! I generally don’t take the time to write reviews but felt compelled to do so. Kerith’s passion for making great wine is evident plus her engaging personality makes for a fun experience. Run, don’t walk, and go pay a visit to Bruliam!

Visiting Bruliam for a tasting was interesting, educational and fun. Kerith is a font of knowledge and is happy to share it. She also makes outstanding wines! I expected mostly Pinot Noirs and was surprised by the breadth of options, including a lovely Chardonnay and an excellent Rose.

Kerith is such a lovely host and her wines are some of the BEST I have had in California. I learned so much and had a blast. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Bruliam Wines were featured at an event I attended and I immediately purchased a case!

Recently, my wife gave me an "unknown" wine to taste. (I am a WSET 4 student). I immediately guessed it to be a relatively recent vintage Pinot noir and commented how delicious and perfectly balanced it was. After some extensive thinking and analysis, I guessed that it might be a Premiere Cru from Volnay. Imagine my surprise when my wife revealed it to be a 2017 Torrey Pines from Bruliam!!!! It is a perfectly balanced, incredibly tasty and long-lasting wine!!!! It is not nearly as fruit-forward as many Sonoma pinots, and really did make me think of a Burgundy! Congratulations, Kerith!!!!

Kerith is not only fun and friendly - she's an incredible wine educator and maker. Her Gaps Crown Pinot changed my perspective on the grape and her rose is our summer water. Go see her - you won't be disappointed!
