Chicken Wings near Windsor

“We've been patronizing this place for a few years now and have been very satisfied (mostly to-go orders), but my last visit compelled me to share this positive experience. I came to dine in for lunch with my daughter for the lunch buffet (which is a great deal btw!). The salad bar is missing a few items seen at other salad bars, but makes up for it by being fresh. I would have liked to see some small protein options (like chicken, eggs, ham, etc) and maybe a small thing of alternative greens. The staff was exceptionally accomodating, more so than I would have ever expected from a small franchise. Regretfully, I cannot recall the name of the kind host, but you know who you are. After ordering, they offered to make a portion of the next pizza for the buffet cheese. I said it wasn't necessary, I can just eat the toppings off that she wouldn't. They did anyways. She loved it. The soda machine had to be turned off for a few minutes for maintenance, and the staff went around to each table to make them aware that if they wanted a drink, to please let him know and he will provide a canned alternative. We were even checked in on to make sure everything was good...at the lunch buffet. Establishments like this that employ kind and attentive staff such as here make me happy to spend money eating out and make me a sucker for repeat visits...especially for that lunch buffet.“

“On our long road trips to the bay we always stop at this location. We have tried other wing stops on our rout, but have learned to just wait until we get to Windsor wing stop. Their deals are always on display and their staff never acts bothered to help or do their jobs. And the food is always perfect.“

“Ok people, heads up. New manager, very pleasant customer service and the pizza is the best pizza I’ve tasted in 10 years of gng to this location. Sauce, dough and meat tasted so fresh and different. I actually called to let the manager know how good it was and that’s when he told me he was the new manager. If it’s good, why not call and put a smile on someone’s face and thank them for doing a good job!??“

“I love it when a place serves spicy food that caters to my relatively high spice tolerance level.

I ordered the Nashville Fire sandwich combo at the Super Hot level, which is the highest it goes. The staff members taking my order were genuinely concerned that I'd be in over my head because I hadn't eaten there before, but I was there for lunch with a regular and he assured them that I could handle it.

I thoroughly enjoyed the sandwich, and the honey mustard dip I asked for with my seasoned fries was really good too. The rub on the chicken tasted great and delivered a lovely burn that escalated nicely with each bite. The Super Hot level might be a challenge for people whose spice tolerance tops out at ghost pepper level, but if you're into reaper sauces or rubs then you'll be fine.

“We enjoy going there for lunch when we are out of food at home. The lunch price is reasonable and the portion is large enough for two meals. I like snow peas with beef and my spouse likes snow peas with chicken. The food is always piping hot when they bring it to us. It comes with a cup of soup and it is tasty as well. No complain about the service if you tip a fair amount.“

“Full bar, gluten-free crust (cauliflower) with your choice of toppings. Place is in good shape, friendly staff. The gluten free crust is 10" size only, I got it with the chicken BLT toppings. Great with a glass of red (Kendall Jackson). We had use of the private party room for a meeting. Yay!“

“It's great especially when you have been I've abandoned by my son and i been working on a home andi have seizure disorder and no one wants to help you survive as I am making payments for my house and I only little money also I have to take care of my service dog and he has lost some weight as well so the chees steak is great“

“The night we went, the Dominos on Stony Point Rd was down to one working oven, with over an hour wait for pizza. We drove the 5min to the Farmer Lane location, ordered ahead of time, and by the time we got there, our 3 pizza and 2 orders of Parmesan bread bites were ready to go.“
