I put in my order on line for a 10:30 pick up. I got my verification email within a couple of minutes. When my order was ready I got another email letting me know my order was ready. The process was quite effortless and so convenient! Once I got to store, the person at register didn't really acknowledge me so I went ahead and greeted him with a "good morning! Not impressed with the deep dish pizza they shrunk the pizza, under new ownership they charge u for little thing ridiculous raised their prices over priced absolutely ridiculous I asked for extra sauce they didn't add it very dissapointed, I will never go there

Food is hot and fresh but they will put pepperoni on everything you order without you asking. Three times I have ordered a jalapeno and pineapple pizza to receive a jalapeno and pepperoni pizza instead. The employees can't read well and can't make orders accurately. Not a suitable place to pick up food during your lunch break or if you're in a hurry.
