“It’s a 5/5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Freshly baked donuts. They always have a second round baked sometimes around 9am every Friday-Sunday, so if you missed out of some donuts in the first round just wait for the second round or ask them and the donuts just melt in my mouth. Their croissants and jalapeño cheese bagels are the best. The price is reasonable and they are very friendly. Always come for more donuts and coffee. Their coffee is good plus the when you dip the croissant in it, it’s even better. It’s the best donut in Windsor, CA.“

“This Dunkin Donuts is located inside Walmart on the right hand side when you walk in. I got a cup of coffee here and it wasn’t as terrible as I was anticipating, in fact it was pretty good... for only $2! The clerks are friendly and the line goes quick.“

“Ordered a ham,egg and cheese on a croissant and a Thai ice tea w bobba ! Both very satisfying !! Sandwich had flavor and cheese melted all the way, buttery flaky croissant . Yumm!! Thai ice tea was nice and tall, not overfilled with ice! Service was proper, will be back on a weekend to try some donuts as they looked amazing, i did not grab any as they would not make it home if i had grabbed em at the time!“

“Donuts are creative and fun, they come out warm and are so good. The music in there is far too loud, and I’m young lol. It’s so loud you can’t hear the person next to you, and the songs are cringy 2010 songs, I would say that was the worst part of our experience. They also called our names, but we never heard so we sat there for way longer than we needed to waiting for our donuts. If the musics was turned down we probably would’ve heard our names been called and gotten our donuts hot instead of warm. Like honestly the music ruined the whole vibe for us. I would try them again.“

“I was waiting for the Asian Market to open up so I stop by here. Also to use the restroom. It's a unique place, donuts, lottery's, cup of noodles and a small market. Cozy and comfortable place relax eat donuts. Just by hearing the owner speak with the customer I can really tell she very personable and nice. Overall a really good place.“

“Nice Hidden Spot with Room for Improvement

Donut Bagel Café is a nice little hidden gem — not overly busy, but there was just enough of a crowd for a short wait, which was actually kind of nice because it showed the place has a steady flow of customers.

The spot itself is cozy, and the prices are fair, especially for what you’d expect from a bagel and donut shop. A great stop if you’re nearby.

That said, the experience felt a little rushed. The girl at the counter was pretty persistent about taking our order, and we didn’t really get the time we needed to fully explore the menu. It felt like she wanted to move us along quickly, and in the end, we settled for something we didn’t really want, just to keep the line moving.

Overall, the place has potential — good atmosphere and decent pricing — but a little more patience at the counter would make a big difference. I’d give it another try, but next time I’ll know what I want before walking in.

“I've not had any issues here. I enjoy the donuts and the staff is always respectful and courteous when i walk in. Even when it's busy. I wish the banks weren't screwing them with debit card fees. If i have cash, i use it. Most days i don't. I just try to tip more.“

“Still my favorite donut shop, even though I don’t live in the area anymore. I’ve been going to The Jelly Donut since high school, and every visit feels like a little trip back in time. The donuts are always fresh—light, perfectly sweet, and consistently delicious. I’ve never had a bad experience here. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the coffee is always hot and hits the spot. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to linger for a few extra minutes. Bhavesha recently started working there and one day I came up to the drive thru and as soon as I said the drink I wanted, she recognized it was me and had memorized my modifications.
