My wife and I went into this resturant at 4:45 in 4-17-2024. We were back of the line of a line of 3 people ahead of us. After about 5 minutes of waiting with no movement in the line it became painfully clear that the people behind the counter were giving priority to call in orders. We finally walked out after waiting 10 minutes in line with only one person of the three in front of us that was starting to be served. I would hardly call this "Panda "Express".....more like "Panda Prolonged" due to call in orders taking prority.

The service from the staff was OUTSTANDING. The place was very clean and nice inside. However, the FOOD WAS NOT EDIBLE. I got half noodle/fried rice and three sides. (Firecracker Shrimp, Angus Beef, and the Beijing Beef) Those 3 sides were luke warm, at best, not to mention just down right soggy almost. The noodles were very VERY DRY, LIKE THE SAHARA DESERT. The only thing I ate out of all of it was the fried rice. The shrimp was mushy and overcooked.I don't think I am going back anytime soon.

This was the rudest experience I’ve ever had at a Panda Express. They had attitude and that is not pleasant. It’s a shame to feel this from young people in a service oriented position. Whoever trained this staff obviously is lacking the ability to do the job properly. They didn’t have all the items on the menu available. We were there Saturday 1-13-24 around 4:30. We won’t be back and will never recommend you.

Clearly need help. There's like 10 workers and it takes over 10 mins just to get someone to actually respond to tell then the names of the orders, you basically have to cut in line just to say something. Then it takes 25-30 mins for 2 orders. Seriously need help here because it's very unorganized

Stopped at Panda Express in Windsor on our way home from Santa Rosa. Food is always fresh & lots of it. Staff is efficient..not really friendly.Parking: Very small parking lot in front of Panda Express..it's a shared parking with a couple other restraunts..

Horrible employee Davy. Every time I come in she always has attitude. Doesn't greet U and even made a new employee cry while she was training.
You are overstaffed, and no one is doing anything except talking amongst each other. After I finally got my food, I waited while the manager and the cashier joked around for a few minutes. They put no soy sauce or sauces in my bag. There was no eye contact of any kind by the staff. I will never return to this restaurant. The food is just mediocre no one cares, you need to be put out of business. Who hires people that are so disrespectful to the customers.

The quality of the food is typical Panda Express. The service and quantity is the worst I have ever seen at any Panda Express in the entire SF Bay Area - even worse than the Westfield Oakridge location. It was barely a full bowl of warm, white rice with eight chicken nuggets - for almost $9!I ordered online in hopes I wouldn't have to deal with the poor service mentioned in prior reviews; however, they still managed to look unorganized. My order sat as they helped everyone ordering in-store first. There is no process for assisting online orders. You have to get in line with everyone else in order for anyone to acknowledge your existence - unless one wants to be loud and rude.Next time, I'll drive another 7 minutes to the Mendocino Ave Santa Rosa location.

I have ordered twice to have food delivered, both times I recieved zero sauce, teriyaki chicken without sauce is just plain chicken, same thing with rangoons and potstickers. Why on earth would you not automatically include the appropriate sauce with the order? I even included a note that asked for the correct sauces to be included. If your policy is to not include the sauce I will no longer order your food, the food is very bland without the sauce.
