Stopped at Panda Express in Windsor on our way home from Santa Rosa. Food is always fresh & lots of it. Staff is efficient..not really friendly.Parking: Very small parking lot in front of Panda Express..it's a shared parking with a couple other restraunts..
The quality of the food is typical Panda Express. The service and quantity is the worst I have ever seen at any Panda Express in the entire SF Bay Area - even worse than the Westfield Oakridge location. It was barely a full bowl of warm, white rice with eight chicken nuggets - for almost $9!I ordered online in hopes I wouldn't have to deal with the poor service mentioned in prior reviews; however, they still managed to look unorganized.
