Starbucks is a popular spot for people to get work done or relax. The staff is generally friendly, and the manager is particularly nice. Customers have mentioned excellent customer service, with one staff member going above and beyond to make drinks just right. The drinks, especially the Carmel Ribbon Crunch, have been praised for coming out perfectly, with extra caramel and toppings done just as ordered. However, there are still areas for improvement. The toilets could use more frequent cleaning, and a faulty light bulb has been a nuisance. When ordering inside, be prepared to wait for your coffee as there may be a delay in preparation.
