The owner is so rude yelling at all her employees in front of customers and talking to them so rudely. I feel so sorry for them and Honestly I don’t know how the kid got my order wrong when I was in the store only reason I didn’t catch it was because I was dealing with my one year-old toddler running around. Even though this one is down the street from my house, I’ll never come back to this one. I’d rather go to a farther location.

I was curious to taste the Dubai ice-cream bar and sadly it was not what I was expecting. The bar was just ok, not worth the cost. Inside the bar was mint ice cream with a layer of hard pie crust and covered with just ok chocolate, but it did look pretty. I was disappointed 😞

Completely agree with the previous review the most recent review about the store. I pretty much had the exact same story as the last guy. Requested two different flavors in my fresh pack that I ordered like they let you do it every Baskin-Robbins have multiple flavors with the fresh pack but she would only allow one flavor. And when I told her I usually get multiple flavors at other stores she said okay then go to those stores if you want... Absolutely disgusting attitude and just plain rude... Would not recommend the store whatsoever as they are also far overpriced compared to other Baskin-Robbins locations

Seriously I don’t know what’s up with this store owner at Saticoy and Winnetka. Horrible Customer Service, Stingy, and Very Difficult Service. I ended up buying nothing. I came in to buy a single scoop and use my birthday scoop for a second scoop. Coupon was on my app and still available to use. Owner says their scanner is not accepting it after multiple tries. If I was the owner I would just give a discount to accommodate the customer, but seems they are very stingy.
So, I gave them a break for that and then decided to then buy a $12.99 fresh hand packed quart. I wanted to pack 3 different flavors like I always do at other Baskin Robbins locations. The female store owner says no 1 flavor only. I told her I always get different flavors packed inside. She says no only 1 flavor. I don’t understand what the deal is with this store owner what difference does it make???
Horrible customer service this store owner doesn’t know how this impacts her business.

I threw a low-key birthday party for my 5-year-old daughter here, just giving them a little heads up a few hours before. It was a big turn out, over 30 people & they handled it so well! They have all the kids crowns, handled everyone’s individual orders & even gave magnets after. The ice cream was delicious & everyone was so happy! Zara & Jenny handled a lot of us asking for all different things with no problems! The place was really empty too at 3PM, so it felt like a private party! It was perfect!
Best baskin robins location. Staff is so friendly.

They charged me an extra dollar for cappuccino blast compared to the one in reseda. Whatever they put in the drink was expired, I ended up puking everything at home.
