HIRE MORE BRIANS!!!! There was an amazing young man who assisted me with my order. He was INCREDIBLY POLITE, helpful and made my experience one of the best l've ever had. I can not express how impressed I was with his customer service. He deserves a promotion or raise or both. I am confident if you had more people like the young man that place would exceed in sale goals and would be higher than a 2.2 rating

I order online a burrito because I was on a hurry, I pick it up and left when I open my order , the burrito was all unwrapped and messed up. I had to ate it with a fork . Very disappointed

The workers here have to be all personality hires bc they can't read nor can they listen. Make sure you triple check your food because they all have learning disabilities, they will mess up your food constantly.

I keep coming back to this location because it is only a few blocks from my house. I must be nuts. I ordered a family meal with sides and tortillas. One side I ordered was broccoli. I was given beans. I ordered flour tortillas. I was given corn tortillas, bags and bags of them, all of which ended up in the trash with the beans. The man who took my order repeated it back correctly, but the receipt shows beans and corn tortillas. ???????? I should stick with Popeye's. It's just a couple of blocks down the street. Not only have they never messed up my order, but they allow you to keep your coupons and use them over and over.
