HIRE MORE BRIANS!!!! There was an amazing young man who assisted me with my order. He was INCREDIBLY POLITE, helpful and made my experience one of the best l've ever had. I can not express how impressed I was with his customer service. He deserves a promotion or raise or both. Excellent service! I just came thru the drive thru and my boy locked in for our order! He provided the best customer service and they made the food in less than 2 minutes. Will be making this my new Pollo Loco!
