Before they had designated cups for iced drinks. The past two times I’ve gone they give you an iced coffee in a smaller cup which clearly states “careful contents are hot”. You pay almost 8 dollars for a drink in to get a smaller cup that is meant for hot drinks. I did a mobile order and the website said ready within 15 minutes prior to ordering. Once order was placed it was 45 minutes out. I was there already and asked if it could be ready a little earlier, they said no they can only go by the sticker time and they wouldn’t cancel my order, customer service has gone down a lot in the past few months. The lemonade was 4 dollars and it was a tiny cup, it was supposed to be strawberry lemonade but it didn’t taste like strawberries at all.

This was my first time visiting this cafe, as my friend who lives in Winnetka recommended it after hearing positive reviews. The coffee itself was great! Although, I had a hard time enjoying the turkey sandwich that I ordered. For 9 bucks, I feel as though the sandwich was lacking, especially as the avocado was not distributed evenly and ended up falling out after my first bite. Maybe next time, I’ll get the egg bagel. But overall vibe was nice and the employees were friendly.

Today was my second visit at Jesse’s. 3 stars because the drinks are reasonably priced. I wish they didn’t use Monin syrup flavors & took the time to curate their own syrups. Matcha had no aromatic body. The cold brew was acidic and bitter. They need to work on their expo/cook time. I received my food before my drinks, which meant my food was cold. It took 15 minutes for 2 drinks. Normally you want to enjoy food & drinks together. The customer line was a mess. The staff was hauling a barrel of trash next to the line out to the front door. Food was underwhelming & over priced.

Jesse’s Coffee is a great spot for quality coffee with excellent flavor options. The staff is super friendly, and the pricing is fair. The food options from the grill are another highlight. The only downside is that both mobile and in person orders can take a bit of time. If you’re expecting Dutch Bros or Starbucks speed, they aren’t quite there yet, but the quality makes it worth the wait

Hello, this was my first time having an iced Mazapán Latte. The consistency of the drink was perfect, the flavor and smell were perfect. The quality of the peanuts, their flavor, and the roasting process make this drink a feast of flavors. Today, I indulged in a flight and had to verify that the oat milk-based coffee was indeed the preferred choice, as its flavor was exceptionally delightful. The abuelita latte closely resembles the delectable coffee prepared by grandmas, and the lavender honey latte strikes a harmonious balance between the coffee flavor and the floral notes of lavender. The Spanish latte surpasses even Community Goods, which I previously considered the best until experiencing Jesse’s. While I ventured with the iced rose latte, I must admit that my appreciation for its rose flavor was limited. On a separate note, I also enjoyed the Breakfast Bagel. This coffee shop is an ideal destination for those seeking high-quality coffee, providing a pleasant atmosphere for family gatherings, socializing, or working efficiently. Customers were engrossed in their laptops, while others engaged in lively conversations with friends and were accompanied by the soothing ambiance of the music emanating from the back.

After two solid visits I can say this is a legit coffee/breakfast/pastry spot with a unique atmosphere and welcoming vibe that has been sorely needed in the West Valley for a long time coming! I will definitely be back.
Some things to know: - Parking is plentiful as they are connected to a large shopping center - Weekdays you can probably grab a table and work on your laptop if you are into that sort of thing - AM Weekends may serve more as a morning pick me up/to go as it’s popular/busy - Myself and guests have tried a variety of drinks cappuccino’s, horchata’s etc. all tasted great - Myself and guests tried a variety of foods bagel sandwiches, pastries, all fresh and tasted great - The entire team there from the counter to the preparers were kind and passing along good vibes 😎
