The "All froyo you want" for $8 dollars after 7pm is REAL! I've been there some Fridays after 7 and I always get charge 8 dollars no matter how much I put on my cup. It's nice to see this kind of promos being a real thing. I like to visit this place. ? The staff varies, yet I haven't had any bad experience with them. ?

So sad that people don't stay and each inside establishments anymore because this place was lovely. Great flavor selection too, with vegan and low-calorie options available (though you can't tell under my mountain of toppings.. LOL). Staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend, stay inside and eat with family or friends!

Went in a couple of times & it was good, but today was great! When I entered, I was greeted right away by the guy in the green colored highlighter shirt. He said it with positive attitude! Not many people greet with a positive attitude due to them being annoyed, but not him! I asked him for his name & I believe it was Jacob. As I was picking out my toppings, I was indecisive so I asked the girl working with him & she was giving me her toppings of choice, giving me suggestions on what to get. When I paid, I asked for her name too & it was Vanessa. Idk why many people leave negative reviews about this place but it's amazing as the workers there, especially these two! Hope to see them again next time! 10/10 would come again!

Was told by the employees that my service dog was not allowed inside. This confused me because on the entrance door there's a sign which state's " Service Dogs Allowed". So which is it? Are service dogs allowed or not? If your company does not allow service dogs inside, why have a sign on the entrance which clearly says they are allowed? Unfortunately I will not be returning to Menchie's due to the fact that you dont allow service pets in your facility. Can you please remove the sign on your door to eliminate any confusion for any possible future customers that have service animals. I could be wrong but i think its illegal to deny entrance to a service animal.
The fresh fruit was not fresh, unfortunately it looked old ....the other people there agreed as you can hear them talking amongst themselves..the toppings need changing so much if the toppings like cheese cake and other were mixed with bits and pieces with other of the toppings in close proximity....also in the back room you hear a lady who was in the back yelling at someone who she was on the phone with. The people to the right of me looked toward that direction as to where the yelling was...it echo since theres a hall where that door was open and you can hear her.......then later the person who was probably doing the yelling came out with a full cart filled with broken down boxes..went toward behind my dad did not even say "excuse me" ... really close proximity of customers eating at your establishment... should your tables be further away from that pathway? We sat down there because we saw it free of people. No, we won't be coming back for business here....but good luck for the future to come...

It's a typical attractive Menchie's business, however, the staff was not attentive to customers. They were audible from the back of the store. The inside furniture is not clean!

Menchies has been my go to froyo for years now. Years! I was disappointed when I saw the lack of new variety, that the 1 flavor I did want was out or the machine was down since it only had the 1 listed, so it was short 3 flavors as was 1 or 2 other machines & the fact that the new movie flavor was not available nor the cups. The girl working there, who was very nice, said they never got the flavor nor the cups! I rarely go to this one in Winnetka, usually it's Granada Hills but I was driving back from the hospital & stopped in. I'll be going back to GH I guess.
