Unique family atmosphere with exceptionally good but simple fare. If Mama-san thinks you need fattening up you won't get out of there without some extra food. It's odd, but endearing that the TV and a rock radio station always seem to be going at the same time. :)
I don’t know the name of dish but I absolutely love the one with tapioca noodles and thick soup. It’s very different from others I've tried—lots of seafood and quail eggs, which make it stand out. One day, I went in and ordered the same dish. It was so delicious that I finished it all and wanted to take the leftover soup home, but I was too embarrassed to ask. My favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the Valley! I come here every week. The food tastes so fresh and delicious, and the pho broth isn’t too oily, which I love. They have so many unique dishes that I’ve never seen at other restaurants, and they’re all amazing! It’s a family-owned place with a super friendly, heartwarming atmosphere. I can’t wait to go back and enjoy pho again! :)
