The place is very dirty that it really doesn't make you want to eat there and the staff doesn't serve you quickly. I really didn't like the place.

Staff here is horrible. Zero customer service and they stop working hours before close just to tell you everything is “sold out”

I came in had placed an online order and spoke with the lady and asked for white meat. The order wasn’t made right but she corrected the chicken and the “manager” started talking trash about me in Spanish because she didn’t make the order right to start with.. They gave me my order and left out my sides that came with the meal. I would definitely NOT recommend this location.

I was here on jan 23rd 7:30pm. The girl with tattoos on her right hand was a very sweet person. She helped me place my order with friendly manners, that you won’t find any other Popeyes.

This is regarding the location at 7635 Winnetka Ave, Los Angeles, CA 91306.

Went through the drive thru. Was not given my apple pie. Tried to call the number from the Yelp ad. It went straight to voicemail and did not even ring. No way to talk to a person. Was also not given a receipt.

Please take this 3 dollar donation for the missing Apple pie as my last contribution to your business at this location

Tho I have an ebt card that kfc down the street accepts I thought since it was Thanksgiving I'd splurge and get a level up for my dinner. BOY WAS I WRONG!!! The wings I ordered were tiny extremely over cooked and a bit more $$$ than kfc. The punch I got was pure syrup which I didn't notice till I got home. I had to dilute with 50% water. They gave me the wrong order which I noticed in my car and the girl who was working was really sweet about it and replaced it promptly. I won't ever go back to this POOP EYES. The one on Roscoe and DE Soto used to be good but the chicken at kfc is way bigger and more tasty than what I ate today.

Two piece regular white chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy. Got the cole slaw, was tasty, if tiny amount. Drive through service very nice. The coating always tastes spicy hot to me, even when regular.

This the nicest Popeye’s I’ve ever been to. The store manager Maria is so sweet, she really made my day. I’ll never go to another Popeye’s again if I can help it. Thank you!

Chicken was crunchy but had zero flavor. I think they forgot to put the spice blend in the mix. Second time it has happened at this location

I came to eat at this place and I had driven for 6 hours and I asked them to open the bathroom for me because I couldn't stand it anymore and they didn't want to open the bathroom for me. The cashiers behaved the worst and even after I asked for my order, they didn't give me what I asked for and they gave me the fried chicken that they had made all day... and apart from that they answered me in the most arrogant way, I had to beg them to open the bathroom for me, they should run, this is the cashier. he didn't want to open the bathroom for me

This is the literally the worst one I’ve been too in the valley. Never get your order right, food is cold, tastes old. Definitely not fresh or hot and I get there before the completion time, EVERYTIME! I live next door to this one and still will drive to the one on Roscoe. Love Popeyes, dislike this store.
