Finally. The drive through no longer uses AI. I once argued with AI when I ordered chicken only but it was asking what sides I wanted.

Restaurant has currently some/indications of having unprofessional staff. They lack accomodativeness for Delivery Drivers since based off the feedback of multiple anonymous drivers/known associates, the automated kiosk transition is understandable to help accomodate short staffing/customer interaction/avoidance of scuffles if complaints or arguments ensue, however the staff should have at least 1+ employee readily in position to provide assistance, answer questions, display soft & hard core key skillsets to ensure the customer's pickup & dining in experience is to the best support as much as possible. (Factors such as customers walking, drivers delivering, etc. should never have to experience delays or inconveniences). I only relay this feedback to address the current status the restaurant has as until the factors/goals/concerns are resolved, the restaurant's unfortunately going to currently underperform & face additional criticism from future customers, feedback providers including myself. Please resolve this issue, the brand is popular & deserves appraisal, not the opposite.

How hard is it to get an order correct? Ordered 2 sandwiches, both were wrong and it took almost 20 minutes to get.(I was in the store, this store does not have a drive thru ) I rarely go here because I’d been told… THEY SUCK! And they absolutely do. Do t waste your time or money with this franchise. Especially the store on DeSoto& Roscoe in Winnetka.

We loved Popeyes’ chicken 🍗 but not anymore.. after eating it here… Chicken is hard and chewy under the crispy exterior.. which seems either overcooked , or in the shelf for a very long time or old… biscuits are hard like rock… the cashier insisted that it is just seasoning… which is not the case.. I wonder if the Food Inspectors have not visited here or it’s about time they should come and have processes checked.. they have received A somehow… I think it’s by chance..!! The Worst Popeyes everrrrrr….ZERO STAR if I could…

Chicken wasn't cook fully
The person who took my son order was very mean to him , she made him repeat his order three times. She yelled on him . And when i asked to talk to her B(by the way when i asked who took my son order they cashier told me that the manager did) I asked to speak to her to find out why she was yelling on him she refused because she was busy!!!! And then she refused to give me the order and I was told to go to another store???
So people don’t complain if they are rude to you otherwise you will not get your food!!!!

I went to Popeyes recently and was very disappointed with the service. There were only three employees working, and they seemed overwhelmed and stressed. The line was long, the wait time was ridiculous, and the staff didn’t seem motivated or polite — probably because they’re being overworked. This felt more like exploitation than a well-run restaurant.
The food itself was decent — the chicken had good flavor — but the poor service and lack of staff ruined the experience. Management really needs to hire more people and treat their workers better. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I ordered there, forgot my order, needed to go back to get my missing item, no one apologize, they said the sauce is out, may be that’s the reason I didn’t get the item I paid for. Offered me a different sauce. Saw the lady put her finger in my box. Asked her to give me the new one please I said “please”, she started to raise her voice to me and say do you want your money back? If I didn’t order for someone else I would want my money back fries were cold. All the food was hot. May be they have been sat in there for ages. No wonder why they have 3 stars. Food is not hot. Terrible service. Needed to beg them to give me my food

Me and my partner ordered some pick-up only to get half of the supposed dozen boneless wings we ordered with zero dippings. Not to mention hair in one of the wings. Would not recommend going to this place.
