Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I went to Popeyes recently and was very disappointed with the service. There were only three employees working, and they seemed overwhelmed and stressed. The line was long, the wait time was ridiculous, and the staff didn’t seem motivated or polite — probably because they’re being overworked. This felt more like exploitation than a well-run restaurant.

The food itself was decent — the chicken had good flavor — but the poor service and lack of staff ruined the experience. Management really needs to hire more people and treat their workers better. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I ordered there, forgot my order, needed to go back to get my missing item, no one apologize, they said the sauce is out, may be that’s the reason I didn’t get the item I paid for. Offered me a different sauce. Saw the lady put her finger in my box. Asked her to give me the new one please I said “please”, she started to raise her voice to me and say do you want your money back? If I didn’t order for someone else I would want my money back fries were cold. All the food was hot. May be they have been sat in there for ages. No wonder why they have 3 stars. Food is not hot. Terrible service. Needed to beg them to give me my food

Me and my partner ordered some pick-up only to get half of the supposed dozen boneless wings we ordered with zero dippings. Not to mention hair in one of the wings. Would not recommend going to this place.

This store opened just recently. It's very clean and modern looking. You only order through a kiosk. It seems intimidating, but it's easy to use.

The workers are not in the game! Talking and asking about items available, beside what is on the sign behind them is like talking to a door. Pieces of chicken are much smaller and the prices have gone way, way up. Ridiculous. A and in 1 chicken breast is now $4.50, a whole roasted chicken at Costco is $5.00 and its a lot bigger chicken.

Today I had the misfortune of dealing with a horrendous employee (Maria is her name) from this establishment who likes to talk to customers like she owns the place including others getting involved like the cook but rest assured never ordering from this poorly managed establishment again!!

I was here on jan 23rd 7:30pm. The girl with tattoos on her right hand was a very sweet person. She helped me place my order with friendly manners, that you won’t find any other Popeyes.
Update:
April 10 at 7:20 I got in again, this time completely different than previous time. The girl with glasses wearing all black, completely different attitude, and the charged me double than what I usually pay, and got my order wrong 😑 she could care less. Moving like a turtle 🐢 🤦🏻‍♂️ restroom and the tables were completely a mess!

Packaged terribly. The food was all over the place.
Tenders are tasteless. Boneless wings were good. Good tangy sauce.
Fried pickles were soggy.
