With so many other good bakery’s in town I probably won’t be back to this one but wanted to come in and give them a fair try. I saw the grade of B in the window and almost walked away but wanted to give them a fair chance.
Rocio’s advertises as being a pandera and juice bar. They didn’t have that many juices to choose from but I choose a mango smoothie ($5). It was just okay, I wouldn’t get it again.
They have a variety of baked goods. I choose a nut muffin for ($1.75). They didn’t have clear instructions or anything on how to grab the baked goods but they have a tray and tongs at the front and they will put the items in a to go back for you after. They also make tortas as well.
There was a bit of a language barrier here and I wasn’t able to ask many questions. They have a shared parking lot and are open til 9pm.

Excellent
This bakery needs attention immediately. The men who are preparing the bread do not have masks or gloves and are talking and talking among themselves. Where do you think the saliva you are spitting when you talk goes??? How disgusting the truth. And the women there are so disgusting and like they don't like their jobs. But the most disgusting thing was one of those men was wiping the sweat from his face and he went to take the bread out of the guácala oven!!!! Honestly, this place shouldn't be open. Disappointment we will never ever return.
Firstly, I would like to give a warning to the owners of this bakery. They urgently need to tell those who are making the bread to put on a mask and gloves - it is extremely important not only because they are talking to each other and the saliva falling on top of the flour with which they are making the bread made me so sick that Unfortunately I will not be returning. Sanitary precautions are so important especially when it comes to food. Just an observation.
The bread was hard and a fly was in the place where the bread was

Tomorrow quality with French bread and they will raise the price and give low quality bread
The bread is very tasty. What is a theft is that they charge 75. Cts to pay with cards. It's too much
