With the attitude of the employees, you would think this was a classy, exclusive coffee shop to the stars. I mean, I’m there, but still. It’s on Sherman Way in Winnetka, which may as well be Compton. There’s zero excuse for such arrogance. The company needs to fix the headsets or the staffers need to de-wax their ears because they can never hear anything over the speaker. One of the snooty coffee pot operators had the chutzpah to try and lecture me about speaking louder once I got to the window. Ma’am, everyone isn’t a loudmouth, like you. Besides, it was a mobile order. Just hand it over, minus the yapping. I politely pointed out to her that her little lecture took more time than just looking at my phone screen and reading the name from the app. It’s not like her speech was life changing; I’m going to go on being my usual soft spoken self. I think that fancy terms, like barista, give them delusions of grandeur. The last time I went inside (because the drink was wrong), I observed a large Doberman pet, licking the counter while the coffee pot operator just stood there, giggling. Of course, she did not clean up afterwards.

I've been coming to this location for over a year. I've never seen such hard working staff at any other starbucks or any retail or food establishment ever. This place gets super busy and the team works like a well oiled machine and supervised by a great mgr. I see some baristas who work back to back shifts but their exhausted eyes give way to friendly and warm greetings. The people who give less than 4 stars must feel some sense of entitlement. This is the hardest working team I've ever seen.

Good drinks but terrible customer service. They will literally ignore you any chance they get even after you pay. All I needed was a straw for the drink I purchased and got ignored by at least 3 different employees, one male 2 female. If you don't want to be bothered, put the straws somewhere customers can access

My sister and I stop here almost every weekend on Sunday to and from visiting our Dad. Most times have been great. But this past Sunday, Oct 6th. We went thru the drive thru like always, and the girl told me my debit card was declined. She tried it again and still said it was declined. So my sister paid with her credit card. I knew i had money in my account, so before we left i checked it on my phone. Sure enough it was like i knew. And the starbucks amount was pending and deducted from my account. My back would Not have shown it as pending if the charge was declined. We spoke to the manager and she said they have been having that problem for a few days and that the charge would fall off my account in a couple days, that since it said pending, it didn't go thru. So I waited, even though I felt it had already gone thru. And Sure enough, today the payment is still there and it DID go thru. So we were charged double for our order! I live in Orange County, so now I have to wait and hope they fix this next time we go up there. Pretty 🙁 unhappy.
It was an interesting time while dining in. There was a homeless guy sitting on the patio playing with himself. Duri g that same time one of the employees got sick and needed paramedics. The crew was very level-headed while making sure the associates got the attention he needed. The manager was called in to run the homeless guy away. I was the one who needed to ask the employee to get rid of the homeless guy. He was there way too long for the manager or whoever was in charge not to have already run him off.
Parking: The drive-thru makes it a little difficult for parking and leaving when you're done.

I stopped by Starbucks today for my usual coffee fix, and as always, it didn’t disappoint. I ordered a Caramel Macchiato, and it was perfect—smooth, flavorful, with just the right balance of sweetness. The coffee was served quickly despite a busy line, which was great.
The ambiance was cozy, with soft music playing in the background. It’s a nice spot to work or relax. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure my order was correct and even greeted me by name.
The only downside is that the prices can be a little high compared to other coffee shops, but the quality of the drinks and the experience make it worth it.
Overall, Starbucks continues to be a reliable go-to for good coffee and a comfortable atmosphere.
