Where to start…so I ran out of gas in the drive-thru today. That’s on prioritizing Starbucks and fueling myself over my car. However, the assistant manager and her team came in clutch. They were polite, efficient, kind, and best of all helped push my car into a parking spot. She’s honestly incredible. She balanced communicating with other guests, diffusing the issue, and found a solution all while making me feel like I wasn’t the huge inconvenience that I definitely was. Thank you doesn’t say enough. She has the special quality of a great leader and deserves the best in life. Shout out to everyone who helped me. Thanks again.

I am a doordash driver i was trying to pick up a order here and the person was rude and had a attitude and told me to go to the drive thru...the way that this problem can be fix is if you let doordash drivers come into the store at 9pm and above. I am still going to keep this rating of 1 star here until you guys accept doordash drivers in after 9pm

Worse experience ever this morning I have been going to this Starbucks for 3 months straight today I go in and it’s different people I’m a 9month pregnant mommy and I just wanted water and ice and they denied me I felt terrible because I had already been outside all day and just wanted ice water and in order for me to get it they required I buy something then they will give me water and ice how ridiculous is that when water is free my lil heart was broken almost wanted to cry

It was so awkward no one wanted to even talk to a customer. I sat there awkwardly as if I was bothering the workers to even check if my order was ready. It was, for a good while before I even walked up to grab it I don’t know man not a good time.

Literally the only person at the drive thru around 8ish or so order 2 drinks and got them wrong both of them. Told the guy about it came back with attitude he said he couldnt hear me at the speaker. This starbucks is a joke seriously

My expieriece was really bad today at 3:55 pm of today I went through drive thru order 3 drinks while I was ordering the girl on drive through was disgusting rude wouldn’t even let me finish of placing my order then I drove too the window she was still being really rude to me I ask ask her for 3 straws she like one I’m like I ask for 3 please she’s like why 3 I’m like I got 3 drinks and she gave me the straws with bad attitude this is ridiculous going to get treated like this when you just go to support the team and I was calling to speak to a manager and they would hang up my call and ignore them that unprofessional …and her name was Victoria so owners if you see this send this girl to classes or you will loose costumers for having employees living upset Thax to Victoria

No inside tables or chairs. It was cold outside. We were on the way home from visiting a patient in the hospital and just wanted a place to relax for a few minutes. On the plus side, the drinks were spot on.

Some staff are great but some need to be sent to some Chick-fil-A for customer service classes😁

-Drinks are very inconsistent
-Service it varies who you get.
- not a hanging out atmosphere
-drive thru is bad

The girl at the window is absolutely rude. Couldn't see her name she got my order wrong when I drove up and wanted to charge me 6.95. When I told her thats not my order, she had an attitude. The staff here is ridiculous and rude the fact that they didn't even apologize for messing up my order is shocking. I paid the extra change for my daughters correct drink and left. My sandwich was soggy because the bag was actually wet. Im surprised, ive been to yhos location several times and after today, I won't be back.
