They will argue with you when you ask her to be corrected, and the attitude is significant enough that I'm pretty sure they spit in it. There used to be good service at this one, but not anymore. Not that a bad review. Will stop anyone from going to Starbucks, just go have your own terrible experience and find out for yourself. Then you will avoid it.

They could of given me stoppers knowing that I visit through Drive Thru and requested a Cup Holder. I actually burned my hand holding this in place so that it doesn't create even more of a mess.

I entered this Starbucks store. The bathrooms were under locked. I requested the code to enter since I was in a hurry, but they said they wouldn't give me the code unless I buy something first. I turned my back and left the place. This is no way of treating your customers, or anybody else that enters the premises. Very rude behavior and company policy. Will never set foot again in any of those stores. Humans first. Then business and profit.

Every time I go to pick up my order at this Starbucks, I can never get help from any of the store employees they all turn Their back on you, They put the drinks up and immediately walk away donāt make eye contact. You have to yell to get their attention then the employees are very disgruntled because you had to yell to get their attention. Awful service top 10 worst.

Erika Is the most sweetest girl there! Her energy and customer service is something you rarely catch working at your local starbucks so we thank you for that! Where to startā¦so I ran out of gas in the drive-thru today. Thatās on prioritizing Starbucks and fueling myself over my car. However, the assistant manager and her team came in clutch. They were polite, efficient, kind, and best of all helped push my car into a parking spot. Sheās honestly incredible. She balanced communicating with other guests, diffusing the issue, and found a solution all while making me feel like I wasnāt the huge inconvenience that I definitely was. Thank you doesnāt say enough. She has the special quality of a great leader and deserves the best in life. Shout out to everyone who helped me. Thanks again.
I am a doordash driver i was trying to pick up a order here and the person was rude and had a attitude and told me to go to the drive thru...the way that this problem can be fix is if you let doordash drivers come into the store at 9pm and above. Worse experience ever this morning I have been going to this Starbucks for 3 months straight today I go in and itās different people Iām a 9month pregnant mommy and I just wanted water and ice and they denied me I felt terrible because I had already been outside all day and just wanted ice water and in order for me to get it they required I buy something then they will give me water and ice how ridiculous is that when water is free my lil heart was broken almost wanted to cry
