Ive been coming here for 30 years, since I was a kid. I moved away from the area and havent been back in over ten years, but it was one of the gems I was looking forward to visiting, if it was still standing. To my absolute delight, the Teriyaki Masudaya is still standing! I had the pleasure of stopping by last week to eat my favorite there, their house plate with beef, chicken, and prawn alongside a salad with their signature dressing.. and I was so happy to find that the recipes have been passed down from the original owners, tastes just as good as I remember. Always a lovely management/staff as well. Thank you TM for still standing when so many others have fallen. You are a symbol of my childhood and I plan to keep coming back. 😊❤️

They don't keep their schedule, it says until 9 and they close 30 minutes before, so modify their schedule on the website. It's a lack of respect for them to come from afar for food by looking at their schedule and arrive 30 minutes before and it's closed ?

Amazing service and the food is top notch! Would recommend to others, today I went for some yummy sushi and received my food with care and love ❤️. There was a rude and entitled customer when I was there unfortunately, but the owner dealt with him with respect and kindness. This goes to show the quality of this restaurant. I hope that guy never comes back because the owners do not deserve such mistreatment! Thank you for your patience and kindness!

Have come here many times when craving a classic teriyaki bowl. The staff is always friendly and they both their salad dressings are really tasty.
Plz don’t eat here save your money nothing was good here worst then mircowave food . The noodles were watery the “fried rice “ was soggy steamed rice with veggies . The chicken was cold and really weird

I thought of this place while making a Teriyaki Chicken bowl for my family dinner. I started eating at this place when I was a teenager, right after he opened.It was the owner, and a cook, and that was it. This place inspired me to learn how to cook these types of dishes, because sadly i moved out of California in 1992.His home-made sauce is by far to this day the BEST I have ever had! If you want to eat Teriyaki at its absolute finest, and you don't try this place.. you're missing what is assuredly the best place to eat this type of cuisine.!! And you're an idiot! :)

Staff was super friendly but the food was subpar; no flavor really and sauces were too salty/sweet. Boba was very artificial and overly sweet too.
No flavor ..chicken was dry and tasteless..best tasting thing besides the salad dressing was yhe orange
