My daughter and I recently became a fan of The Habit Burger. So, this review doesn't talk about the food itself. In general I hesitate to give 0 or even 1 star; however, there are instances when there is no room to move nicely, especially when it comes to health matters.I noticed about the 4-6 flies hanging out for a while. Things happen, okay! But the reaction and response of the person behind the desk surprised me to the moon?.He simply threw the ball in the neighbor’s side. Please see the surrounding neighbors and find the relation I might have missed.Regardless, NO Action was taken, and we left. We enjoyed the food, though, because fortunately, my daughter was not faced to that way?

3/2/2024: I went back today and they got my order incorrect. I ordered two Char Burgers, one with Mustard instead of Mayo. Well, both burgers had mayo. Needless to say, I guess I should have checked the burgers before I left the restaurant and made it home. How do they get something so easy, wrong?2/25/2024: I ordered the Santa Barbara Char Burger and an order of fries. My burger was very sloppily put together with dressing, avocado, and lettuce falling out of the burger leaving my hands a wet mess. Also my fries were overcooked. Most of my visits to this location have been better than a 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️.
I ordered mushroom char with no meat patty extra mushroom instead of meat the charged me extra mushroom I never had this issue before and was always able to sub manager Andrea was not kind nor accommodating definitely won’t be back to this location!! Do better ur losing

Ive been here and had good food, but i ordered some onionrings with some burgers, and they were the WORST onionrings ive ever had at any habit anywhere. They were undercooked, and luke warm. HOW HARD IS IT TO MAKE ONIONRINGS. I guess you cant fix STUPID.

Their ahi tuna burger was ok .The fish wasn't so good , their fries was ok.Overall it was ok but no great .Service was good though
This is a newer Habit complete with self ordering kiosk and drive through. I think they do a very good burger and fries here. Seems always fresh, surprised it wasn't more crowded. Maybe 3pm isn't when they get busy. Probably packed lunch and dinner times. Food is as you come to know it, like in and out only a bit bigger and better. Now they have a drive through as well. Maybe not a bunch of young smiling faces but the employees here were very nice and accommodating. Had to change my order, add something and even got one order of fries well done for my friend. And they have really good strawberry lemonade and even a tangerine/passion fruit-aide. Delicious, natural, good service and fair prices. Next time I'm going to get one of the $5 grilled cheese sandwiches. Look real good and $5 is again a fair price for QUALITY fast casual food. A step above in & out as difficult as it to say. When you factor in the bigger patty and way better fries, it's cheaper too

This is my second visit to a "Habit" in less than a week. This chain has quickly become my "go-to" burger joint.This location is clean and the staff are abundantly professional and kind. More kiosk to take orders. I'm not comfortable with those.Placed my order and waited a few minute, longer than traditional fast food, but less than "regular" dinning.Once again, the burger did not disappoint. Hot & juicy! Ring were hot too!I will have to step on a scale to see when is the next time I can visit. LOL

DO NOT ORDER HERE. Ordered 2 burgers an fries and receive 1 chicken sandwich. It’s like they had it left over so just got rid of it by sending it with no concern for their customer. I did get a partial refund from Postmates but we were hungry and were left with I chicken sandwich to share which was terrible

Stopped off after a doctor's visit since we hadn't eaten at The Habit for quite some time. We ordered 2 Teriyaki burgers with the delicious slice of pineapple, 1 order of sweet potato fries and a soft drink. The burgers were as good as we remembered them to be from the past, the sweet potato fries were equally as good but for some reason, the whole meal wasn't as spectacular as we remembered them from visits before. Overall, the service was very good, the facility was clean but the total experience was far from memorable.

Unfortunately the female manager has a horrible attitude, she goofed up my husband's order, gave it to the person in front of us and also gave me the wrong order. She fixed my husband's order but still got mine wrong after 2 attempts, how difficult is it to prepare a freaking salad? We had been waiting already 25 mins by this time and we had to get to an appt. She said we'd have to wait another 15 mins because her staff had to tend to the other orders. I told her just give me my money back. She took my credit card information and said she was too busy to refund me right then but would do so later when she wasn't busy. Who does that?? She never did refund me and when I called to speak to her about it, she refused to refund me. Totally disorganized, totally dishonest, she should be fired, she is nasty and a crook
