My husband had a special request for his burger- not prepared right. Cockroach on the floor next to us when we were eating and the bathrooms- both men’s and women’s were disgusting- dirty, no toilet paper and toilets were dirty

I don’t know why it says they close at 11 if they are going to stop serving food at 10:30.
Dried out, cold burger. Cold onion rings.Cashier had a bad attitude, didn't like his demeanor nor the tone of his voice when I asked questions. He failed to realize I'm a customer that's helping to pay his wages.The fountain drink machine area was filthy. Soda on the counter, floors and the drink dispenser area was disgusting.Brought it to their attention only to have the kid ignore me, turn around and walk away.Called and talked to the manager the next day only to get someone that had a very poor command of English and was told "Oh, we're waiting for a new machine " what exactly does waiting for a new machine have to do with not keeping the area clean.I live local to this BK but won't be going back.
