Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed reviews. The quality in service and drinks has slightly declined, with some rude or impatient servers in the drive thru. Drinks are inconsistent, sometimes not mixed all the way or missing added items, while other times things are added that were not ordered. However, most people working here are very kind and helpful. A young woman with brown curly hair has a very bright energy, and drinks are always very tasty, especially the new pumpkin beverages. Customer service is excellent, with a super nice guy at the window and lovely baristas who go above and beyond. One barista had an Arizona State University badge, showing Starbucks pays for employee education. This small Starbucks is very pleasant, always clean with well kept bathrooms. It is a bit pricey but perfect for treating oneself, whether sitting inside with a computer or using the drive through, which normally moves quickly.
