Pastor empanada and shrimp empanada, fresh masa with the filling of your choice made to order. Wonderful!!! These are also much larger than I expected. So good! I also ordered two taco supremes that were great, made with fresh tortillas. The empanadas are the thing though. The ladies in the truck are very nice.
A pretty taco truck that takes credit/debit card; a gem in its own right. It sits in a blah area near a search. It makes me wonder who is subsidizing who. The quesa birria are bomb... I haven't tried anything else but I'll can imagine the rest of it is good also.

We ordered tacos, a torta and chicken chow mein. We did wait a while for our order but we figured as much since they use handmaid tortillas. Everything was delicious the chicken is chicken from the grill it's a little on the roasted side but we loved this. Tacos were so yummy and the roasted jalapeño added a nice touch.
