Don’t waste your time. If you order online and it says 15-20 min expect it to be an hour plus. This place used to be great. Not sure what happened.

One of the first places I stop when I'm back in town but some are more consistent. Some are a waste. Got a salad last week. Rubbery chicken. Got a half chicken tonight. Rubbery chicken with flabby, beige skin.

I give up. I'll stick to the one by CSUN. Never fails. Always on point.

Online orders are never ready at the time promised and often more than 15 minutes after that even when the restaurant doesn’t seem busy. Also why did you get rid of the cookies???

This restaurant is not my favorite, and I won’t be returning. I placed an order for a Caesar salad and a side Caesar salad, but somehow, I was charged for a chicken Caesar salad, which was almost three times the price. I felt rushed to order because it was close to the end of the night. This could have been avoided if the order had been repeated to me.

When I asked to speak to the manager, I felt ignored and disrespected. After an issue like this, the manager should have refunded the item with a card or some proof that I would receive my refund. Instead, the clerk went to the back and came back to say that I would have a refund, but something else could have been done, like giving me a credit for the price I was charged to come back the next day instead of waiting a week for the refund, which I haven’t received yet.

It’s a simple meal for $42, and I’m not happy with the experience.

Chicken pieces inside the wraps are not cut up properly and kind of huge. The drive up service is a complete mess the times they give you are always off by at least 10 minutes.

Love the salads. My kids love the salads. All take out all the time for us.. I guess you can eat outside but we just order beforehand and pickup. Kinda like drive through. So service is usually good but you get an occasional perfunctory person.
