Normally, I don’t do reviews, But after what happened today I’m so disappointed at this location.
I made an order on DoorDash twice and both times they were canceled.
The first order was canceled instantly and the second order went through, but then 20 minutes later was canceled. DoorDash told me to call the store to ask why my order was canceled.
I called both times the first time was annoying but the second call was DISRESPECTFUL.

I’ve been coming to this location since I was 12 years old, I am now 33 and never had an issue until now. I understand it was online and maybe there was something wrong with their online system but instead of saying, “ I didn’t get it ” having an attitude, getting loud and interrupting customers. Employees need to be well trained on how to fix the issue, be understanding and be apologetic.

I will not be returning to this location for awhile and I will make sure that family/friends won’t be coming here either.

Extremely disappointed in how Carls Jr would allow any of their stores to become so run down. The food was mediocre... we
bypassed other locations thinking this store would be cleaner.. not a chance and I was saddened to see homeless in the lot next door. Only good thing here was the manager who took our order inside where I would not suggest eating... we should have ate in our car. We threw most of our food out.

So I planned on ordering from Carls Jr because someone at my work gave me a 20% coupon off any purchase card and I wanted to take advantage of it. After ordering 4 items off of the menu, my total came out to $56 before the coupon. I’m sorry but in what world is this food worth this much money? I haven’t been to a Carl’s Jr in a long time but after seeing how empty this restaurant was, I can see why. The price does not reflect the quality nor the brand of this establishment. I’m rating this place 2 stars solely due to the price. The food was actually good but not worth $56.

So normally I don't get this irritated at a fast food restaurant, but this has to be put out. I ordered a Large triple sourdough combo with jalapeno poppers and a diet Dr. Pepper from grubhub. I got my order and low and behold. All I got was my drink and jalapeño poppers. How do you forget the burger??? I tried to call 2 phone numbers on the receipt but no response. Now I'm stuck here, hungry for food, with no burger, no customer service, and I can't afford to leave to go get it.

The food here is usually good but today the service was horrible it was my first time downloading the app I was using a reward so I asked lily if I should order the item at the drive thru window she said I needed to bring the code to the window she proceeded to be very upset with me at the window because I didn’t order the item at the speaker? That’s why I asked at the speaker! but she insisted on proving she was right and wouldn’t let go even after I said I would do that next time. She was so rude and her eyes were pooping out of her head like it’s not that serious people make mistakes! Someone needs to retrain her in food service! Customer service and food go hand in hand and she is rude!! She was wrong and refused to admit it so I know u will have this problem again. Her name was Lily !! Worst service ever from this location.

Wow so disappointed. First time going to carls Jr in so many years. Was craving a burger and thought I’d go and have a try. And oh boy was I disappointed. Went through drive through, Ordered a double famous start with extra lettuce and large fries. First off the burger was thrown together like they were in a rush to clock out. But the restaurant seemed empty. No extra lettuce added but was charged $.39 for it. Fries were half filled but I will say they were warm and not cold. So that’s good I guess! I asked for ranch which btw they are charging an obscure amount of $.41 for whatever reason. When I asked why, the lady at the register she said “everything is expensive, it’s not my problem!” I said okay and she hands me the bag without the ranch and then closes the window. I guess it really wasn’t her problem 🤷🏽‍♂️. With prices going up because of the minimum wage, and cost of a meal is almost $20 at the minimum is decent hospitality should be a given. Should have gone to in-n-out, way better food, no random charges, cheaper and their staff is always accommodating.

I bought a fish sandwich, it tasted like old grease. The staff was nice but when I complained the Manager was not on-site, didn't answer or return my calls.

I come here usually on the weekends because the food always tastes better in my opinion. And when I do I go for the western bacon and a side of onion rings. And what I said before the food is always better on the weekends specifically at night. I always get helped by Gustavo and he does a good job to make sure everything’s perfect. So thanks to him and the chef too in the back. I always try to recommend this spot to people in town because it’s one of my favorite fast food places! Always a 10/10 for me and thanks for now starting to be open 24/7🙌
